Established in 2011.
Adriana Marzullo has been catering and providing delicious hot eats at farmer’s markets around Chicago for years. She teamed up with Paul Eberly to bring calzones and fiadoni made with local and local-organic ingredients to the streets in the form of a food truck in the late summer of 2011.
