Chose this place solely on Unilocal reviews and was not disappointed. Fast, professional service. Even got a follow up letter just for getting my vehicle smogged, inquiring about questions or concerns. Great place with conscientious employees.

I’ve been taking my Jeep to C&M for 6 years now, and they’ve always been friendly, helpful, and thorough. They make sure you understand all angles of a particular problem and offer options. I can’t say enough good things about them. It’s been quite a few years since I found a mechanic that I’ve trusted this much.

I have had wonderful experiences at C&M. The people have been great and my car has been fixed in a timely manner at a fair price. I have referred my friends and family to C&M too.

I grew up in an auto shop and am now a 40 year old banker. The reason I go to C&M is that they do business based on relationship. They take care of you, work within your timeframe, and sometimes do not even charge you for minor issues. I have been going there for over 15 years and have ALWAYS received top-​notch service and have been 100% satisfied with the outcome.
If you plan on fixing your own car, you should understand that diagnostics are part of narrowing down the issue. Leave it to professionals rather than rolling the dice like a previous poster stated. If you are going to get tires rotated, the only free places I know of are tire stores where you purchased them, MOST other businesses charge, why would they do it for free? Sorry, I just hate it when people leave bogus reviews…

I grew up in a shop and know a good shop when I see one. THey have been taking care of my family and I for the past 15 years. They have always given us great pricing, excellent turn around times, and family style service. The poster above may not understand how diagnostics work, you usually cannot just pinpoint an issue and say «this is exactly what is wrong» if it is linked to a chain of issues, therefore the need for a professional to look into the issue and replace the part. If you want to go cheap, then this is what you run up against. However, C&M would have been able to take care of the issue and make it right for you if you allowed them to. Don’t skimp on something as important as a car, get it done right and don’t complain if you plan to save money blows up in your face.

These guys are awesome, you can always trust them not to overcharge you and they do a great job. Having gone here for years I can guarantee the previous «wooden stick» story is exaggerated or out of context, (not to mention knowing these guys they would have corrected it for free).
Can’t vouch for window service, but if you have an issue with the ENGINE, they will fix it and fix it right.
