Chipotle is one of my favorite quick placed to grab food to go. Of course it’s no authentic Mexican food, but still great! I choose going to this location over the one by 20th street because I’ve found this one to be more generous with their portions and they are much quicker, knowing how to wrap a burrito. The 20th street location is much closer to where I live, but I just find this Chipotle to be more reliable.(Only downfall I have discovered is you can not add vegetables to your quesadilla without being charged for ordering a fajita)

Chipotle has always been on of my favorites! Tonight I went in and didn’t recognize the employees, but they were amazing! Not sure if they got new employees or I haven’t been in, in a while, but they were so nice! They went out of their way to say have a good night and listened carefully when I told them my order. I’ve never had a bad experience, however tonight was a pleasantly great and an unexpected experience!

Very rude female employee, just mad cuz she got the night shift, need to fire her she was working as the tortilla heater and rice scooper, and her portion sizes are really messed up my rice got skimped it’s my favorite. Don’t take your anger out on other people or you should be put in back cleaning a toilet not in front dealing with people. 11÷22÷15

This chipotle definitely is more generous with their serving size. However they are extremely rude. No hi, no smiles and when you ask them to add something you get eye rolls. I like the one on East 20th better. Yeah they don’t overstuff my bowl but at least the people are nicer and friendlier.

Chipotle is my go to place when I’m hungry. They actually have real food and although it’s salty, it is on the healthier side. This location is great. It always seems to be busy but the line goes really fast because of quick employees. I always get a chicken burrito bowl and it is always consistently good.

Super super great burrito, really friendly employees, and easy ordering online. What’s not to love? 10⁄10 would eat all the time

The manager on duty, Micheal, did an excellent job ensuring we left as happy customers after a bumpy encounter with a(probably soon to be former) employee. Thank you Micheal!

Love me some Chipotle! Fast, cheap, and delicious. Simple menu, but everything is really good. Wish the corn didn’t have onions on it.

Cost vs. Quantity fail. This is a chain restaurant, so you get what you expect. Our previous trips to Chipotle were satisfying enough to bring us back occasionally, but the miniscule portions today made this our last time. $ 9.35 for a «steak» bowl with, oops, guacamole, and it barely made the halfway mark on the bowl. Guacamole is on the«things inside» board with salsa, sour cream, beans, rice, etc. with a barely noticeable price by guacamole only. Then on extras its $ 1.95 a scoop. Its not included. Disappointed and hungry after our snack.

We’ve been going to Chipotle since we could pronounce it and found it to be highly addictive do to the fresh ingredients and generous portions. Once you step inside the industrial chic building, you’ll find a swiftly moving line of customers. Kinda like your old high school cafeteria but serving flavorful, organic, ingredients with a wink and smile. The burrito building production line moves like a well oiled machine and the staff seems very well trained. I have yet to meet an unfriendly employee. The carnitas burritos we always a order are always accompanied by an extra order of their delicious guacamole and their magical tortilla/lime chips. Yes. They are pricey but it’s worth it. And I find comfort in knowing my carnitas came from a good home & were cared for by the best farmers the McDonalds corporation could find.

I love this place. we don’t live in chico but when we drive through we almost always go out of our way to stop here. The food is delicious and affordable, they serve their burrito bowl thing in a paper rather than plastic bowl(thank you Chipotle for not single-use plasticizing our food!) and they put real, recognizable vegetables in to boot! More than this though, I had a momentary nerve-wracking experience that ended with great relief thanks to the kind employees there. I rushed off to my car after getting some lemon by the drinks and left my wallet there on the side counter. It had a fair bit of cash and my sapphire wedding ring inside the coin part. I realized my mistake when we were an hour down the highway, and called. They found it immediately and offered to mail it to me(and though I said please use the cash to mail it they did not). I then got it in the mail not only entirely intact(thanks to honest passers by also!) but also with a warm note from an employee saying thanks for being a customer and including a coupon card(again, not plastic – thanks Chipotle you are a model to others!!) to cover my next meal. wow! So yes I will certainly return, I wish I could transplant this place to my town. I know Chipotle is a chain but from my perspective they are doing things right and hiring good people and giving them some leeway for humankindness.

Sadly this is one of the best burritos in Chico, I would rather it be a mom n pop, but it’s owned by McDonalds. This place is fast, tasty, and clean. Just what I like when I’m looking for a quick burrito to eat. My only complaints are nit picky, the parking sucks, the noise level is high with a crowded dining room, and uncomfortable seating. Prices seem to have crept up, but your still out the door for 10 bucks.

I absolutely love Chipotle! The food is always fresh at a reasonable price. This Chipotle is in a great location next to lower Bidwell Park :) but they close in 30 mins and almost all their chairs are put up and the lights are off. :-?

Fantastic experience, I am in Chico for 3 days for a video shoot and the moment I arrived I swung by Chipotle for lunch. The exterior of the building was very inviting and the interior was clean and well maintained. Employees were super nice and really personable. Service was very fast, there were a handful of people in line and it moved very rapidly. I ordered a quesarrito,(that’s a burrito wrapped in a quesadilla for all you Chipotle noobs out there) and had it filled with pinto beans, white spanish rice, steak, hot sauce, cheese, and sour cream; as well as a drink. The food was very fresh and tasted delicious. It was a great refresher after a long trip and a great kickstart to a busy weekend. I definitely recommend Chipotle(in general) and this one is the best of the best.)

I give them 5 stars because I think we need more ‘food with intergrity’ choices. Eating out is a privilege but we really have NO clue what we’re eating and where it came from. More establishments need to have this type of business model. That being said, I really like the salad bowl with sofritas, brown rice, black beans, hot salsa, tons of lettuce, corn salsa and a scoop of guac — yum!

Fantastic staff, good food, quality ingredients, large portions, economically priced. As a college student, this place has been my best friend. Chipotle has been my fallback plan for tasty food on the run in Chico for what seems like years. Every time I’m sitting down with my burrito I can only think: «Man, this was a great idea.» The seating is plentiful, even during busy hours, and it never takes long to get my food and be on my way. With the online order system, it goes even faster! it’s like the Chipotle VIP club. Groaning at the huge line as you pull up? No you aren’t. You’re smart. You think ahead. Go you. Need to use the bathroom? Clean as a whistle. Wanna eat outside? Fabulous looking patio with umbrella seating. Tea? Napkins? Cutlery? Hot sauce? All provided. Never missing. I recently saw on my Tumblr that you can get a burrito wrapped in quesadilla… Aww man, I’ve gotta try that, be right back!
