David is a true professional and is extremely good at his job. He is knowledgeable, on time, efficient and friendly. You can just tell right away he is a good guy. He definitely deserves 5 stars. I would give him 6 if I could.

Today i had an appointment. I saw the van arrive outside about 15 minutes early and Dave prepped his equipment. He knocked and introduced him right on time and was very professional.
Every other carpet cleaning service I’ve used always rushes the job and claims my homes need multiple cleanings (and money!). Dave took his time and did a great job. It’s been about 5 hours since he finished and my home looks better than when I moved in!

I would highly recommend this carpeting cleaning service to everyone who wants the job done right by someone who cares, not by a salesman-​type person who rushes and wants you to pay them to keep coming back for a single job’s cleaning. I’m very pleased and impressed by his work!

I’ve wanted to throw the couches out several times over the years but now they looked brand new! Dave is super friendly and helpful and even gave me advice about cleaning my grout. The owner answered my call right away and even set up a time the next day to do my carpets. My carpets were clean and there was no harsh chemical smells and I didn’t have to worry about the safety of my young child or dog. Thank you!

Dave came to my house (early!), and when I said I’d like to do the grout work myself if it was possible, spent 30 minutes discussing methods and materials and demonstrating grout cleaning, wished me luck, and left after refusing my offer of payment. Outstanding. I didn’t get to employ him, but I certainly will when my carpets need cleaning.

I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning job this company provided. The technician was on time, courteous, and did a great job. My carpets looked great when he was done, and with the green products they use, smelled great as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, especially if you are sensitive to harsh cleaning products. The price was very reasonable as well.

Update: My carpet showed some staining or residue. I found this to be strange since David had recently been at the house and cleaned all the carpets. I called to ask him what I could do to clean the spots that suddenly appeared. He offered to come by and have a peek. After viewing, he said he would come by and redo my entire downstairs area… no cost to me. Not because it was his fault, but because he stands by his work. Very impressed!

He even showed me a few stains I didn’t notice before and removed them with ease. He was also very professional and contacted me when he was on his way. We recently had our carpets and area rugs cleaned. We immediately felt comfortable with David. He was on time, professional and pleasantly genuine. His estimate was reasonable and he was able to get us on his calendar on the day that worked best for us. On the day of the our cleaning he arrived on time and was prepared to do the job. I love that he only uses healthy products, our house smelled like citrus when he was done and the carpets looked clean and bright. We will recommend him to friends and will have him back again.
