History

Established in 1994.

Dr. Womack earned his D.D.S. degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 1988. He was then accepted into the specialty residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, also at Loma Linda, and completed his residency in 1991. He served as an Assistant Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and was the Assistant Director of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency from 1991 to 1993. In 1993 he became certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery, and was recertified in 2003 and again in 2013. He established his private practice in Chico in 1994.

Dr. Mark Womack is an experienced oral and maxillofacial surgeon committed to eliminating the anxiety and fear that patients often experience when anticipating surgery. His practice is uniquely situated to serve the needs of the people and the professional dental communities of the Chico metropolitan area and the surrounding multi-​county region.

Dr. Womack has Recertified his Board credentials twice in the past 20 years. This is a rigorous process with an intense course of study followed by an hours long written examination.

Dr. Chad Allen was born and raised in Texas, south of Fort Worth. He completed a bachelor’s degree in biology at Southwestern Adventist University in 2006. He was then accepted into dental school at Loma Linda University and earned his D.D.S degree in 2010. He then transitioned directly into a four-​year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Loma Linda University and completed his training in 2014.
