Meet the Business Owner

Steve O.

Business Owner

Chico native Steve O’Bryan was interested in bicycles since his folks bought him a brand new Schwinn Sting Ray in 1963. Riding bikes around Chico lead Steve to a job at Pullins Cyclery while in high school. Steve also worked at Chico Bicycle, Mountain Goat Bicycles and Richard Cook’s Bike shop during the 1980’s. In 1983 Vern Pullins approached the O’Bryans about buying his store and the deal was set!

Steve’s bicycle involvement includes being a founding member of Chico Velo Cycling Club and as chair of the City of Chico Bicycle Advisory Committee.
