We are a general construction company specializing in quality repair,

remodel and restoration. Our excellent reputation for professionalism and integrity

SMS also provides Owner’s Association Management.

Overseeing the accounting, insurance (risk management), maintenance,

and legal requirements are only part of what is offered to Associations

managed by SMS.

Our main focus is to offer a high level of service and caretaking and actively work to help Board

members fulfill their fiduciary duties.

History

Established in 2007.

Steve Storm is a general contractor with experience and integrity. His construction training started at his Father’s side as a young man. Steve’s experience with all types of construction gives him unique perspective. He is certified as a water restoration technician, trained in fire and other damage restoration, as well as being lead certified; Steve serves all phases of construction. Whether it is a remodel or repair, there is «No job too big or too small.»

Marcy Storm has worked in the accounting industry for more than 20 years with many different types of businesses. At Landmark Land Development Company she managed the general accounting department of 25 employees. Following her position at Landmark She owned and managed Storm Business Services, an accounting business, in Palm Desert for more than 10 years and moved to Chico in 2003. Marcy became a member of the California Association of Community Managers and earned her certification in Association Management in 2007.
