Delicious Mac N Cheese, and super fun option for weddings, events or just a yummy lunch!
Excellent service, these guys really worked hard to keep the event on time and the guests definitely did not leave hungry! Thanks guys!

Enjoyed the fact that this food truck came up to paradise but we were disappointed with their food. Chicken in the Caesar tasted like canned chicken. Didn’t taste anchovies in dressing. Macaroni was over cooked, soggy and lacked any distinctive flavor. Parmesan chicken sandwich was bland with mushy mixture of chicken and other ingredients.

Tried tonight at farmers market. Ordered the Mac n cheese with bacon for $ 8. Was fairly disappointed overall, especially for that price … The noodles were too cooked (soft and mushy) and the overall dish was fairly flavorless. I don’t know about you but when I order Mac n cheese from a restaurant (or anything but Kraft for that matter) I expect the top to be crunchy, baked crusty cheese yummmmm. Tonight’s meal was far from that.

Pleasantly suprised when I bit into my chicken parm sub, the chicken was shredded (I’ve always had it breaded and fried) and the gravy (marinara/​red sauce/​spaghetti sauce) was some of the best I’ve ever had. The sandwich was excellent displayed old world flavors not typically found in the convenient confines of a food truck. I’m convinced that they’re holding someone’s G’mom captive in the kitchen.

Meatball sub, Mac & cheese, chicken Caesar salad are my favorites. I have tried bites of all of their food and it’s excellent I just really enjoy my favorites will try all others soon.
