Description

Specialties

Independently owned and operated, the owner is a certified building inspector and performs each inspection himself. This guarantees a thorough detailed inspection each time. William spends 3 to 5 hours inspecting each property, exceeding the standards of practice by inspecting areas not required by national standards. Many inspectors inspect a representative sample of the property and systems, 25% to 50%. When readily accessible, William inspects every door, every window, every outlet, every switch, every time. It only takes one loose or improperly wired outlet to start an electrical fire. Our reports are 100% narrative with photos attached, no confusing templates, checked boxes or abbreviations to figure out. We have performed over 2,500 inspections, including; condos, single family homes, multi family homes, historic homes, homes exceeding 10,000 sqft, hillside, beach side and sea wall homes, retail and commercial. Call us for a SAMPLE report and compare.

Meet the Business Owner

William B.

Business Owner

William entered the construction field in 1998 working for a National Hardware store. Here he met and a Master Electrician who owned his own company, Sunshine Electric, where he went to work part-time. Once he was confident enough William eventually ran a small electrical business with a partner. William decided to legitimize himself and go to school for his license. Because of his attention to detail and knowledge of the electrical code his counselor at the Contractor License School advised him to change his curriculum and instead focus on building inspections.

William is certified in Home Inspections, International Construction Code and Blue Print Reading.

He also has certifications from his continuing education organization, INTER-NACHI (International Association of Home Inspectors).
