Friendly, clean, great food EVERY time. I especially love their sweet tea & grilled chicken market salad. Chick-​Fil-​A sauce & Buffalo sauce mixed together kicks it up a notch for nuggets. We last went 2÷23÷16 to see Princess Elsa & Olaf on family night. They came around to each table once the picture line died down. We love Chick-​Fil-​A!

They are always so sweet and polite here. Yesterday I was really sick and got chicken soup from here. It was really yummy and flavorful, and the quick, kind service was greatly appreciated.

More than twice my breakfast order was messed up at this place in 2 month.
It really needs some management attention.

This place used to have great customer service but this is no longer the case. The last two visits have been very disappointing. Coupons are sent out but it sure is a hassle to get an employee to redeem one. I wish they would stop cramming all of the food into one bag too!

I love chick-​fil-​a, it’s my second favorite fast food joint (after in-​n-​out of course) but my experience last night was on the gross side. It was my first time at this location & I won’t be returning. I not only had cold chicken nuggets but there was hair on my cup and when I opened my bag I had the pleasure of finding a long, straight brown hair on top of my fries with the napkins. It was definitely not my hair seeing as I didn’t open the bag until I got home & my hair wasn’t straightened … I just really hope that they start wearing hairnets after this review because I am definitely going to start checking my bag after leaving any drive-​thru.

Definitely a place to go to get the best chicken sandwiches around!

I love this place! Their customer service is amazing and they always go above and beyond to help their customers. Whenever I come in with my 2 year old twins, the employees always offer to help me carry the food to the tables, pull out two high chairs and refill our drinks. They always do their best to make sure their customers are taken care of. I’ve been to many Chick-​Fil-​A locations around the southern CA area and Chino Hills is the best by far!

Customer Service is AWESOME and food is great!
Ordered my food through drive-​thru. Came home to enjoy my meal and I had a issue with my meal on Saturday. Called Chick-​fil-​A and explained what happened. Basically I bit into something small and hard” They apologized and is going to be sending me coupons for my entire meal. I also wrote to their home office and home office forwarded my experience to the Chick-​fil-​A. Received a phone call yesterday and once again they apologized for what happen and she is also sending me coupons.

Food quality is very consistent at this location, but front desk service doesn’t seem to be. Many times when i request sauces to be placed in my bag, then forget to do so. I have to check all the time or remind them to do so. Other than that, staff is friendly and welcoming.

This place is always great at customer service quality of food and cleanliness.

I like chick’s in general. The food is simple, but you can always count on great service snd s clean store. I like that it’s very family oriented.

This review us regarding the cleanliness, or lack thereof, of this location. My family and I have been coming to this location for years and have seen a decrease in the restaurant’s upkeep and cleanliness. The handicap restroom door sounds and feels like it’s about to fall off. The wall where the soap dispenser is located has soap residue all over it and is always usually the case when we come. The play area is always dirty and smells very bad! There are tons of dust bunnies everywhere and the glass never seems to look clean. I recently went to the Brea location and their restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated for the holidays. The play area was clean and the employees were constantly checking to make sure it stayed clean.
We enjoy the food here, but are always disappointed with the lack of cleanliness from this Chick-​fil-​A.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU Chik-​Fil-​A so much for supporting the troops. I (embarrassingly) teared up a little while eating my free chicken sandwich and was grateful to be enjoying it and was thinking about a few friends who are no longer with me who cannot partake in the kind return from participating restaurants to veterans. Having to review Chickfila is totally unnecessary but I’m doing it anyways.
The service is always on point and the food is always delicious. You just can’t go wrong coming here, the only negative in my opinion is the subliminal Christian music playing in the background but it’s a Christian company so I get it. Anyways! I love it here.

Great food, excellent service and the nicest employees. Wish they had Chick-​fil-​a in more locations. Quality chicken sandwiches at an affordable price.

THIS IS ABOUT SERVICE NOT FOOD QUALITY.
Ok, long story short. Went here after being rear ended. Go place the order inside. They forgot my sandwich. We didn’t realize this until we got home (chino). My husband called and the manager said come back bring in the recept and we will replace the sandwich. At this point he was boiling from the car accident. So he just told her nevermind, he’s not driving back. He told her we had just been hit earlier and didn’t want to go out again. She said she was sorry and that she would replace the ENTIRE order. We thought that was nice of her and she asked his name and told him to bring in the recept the next time we went. So we went there tonight and they had no record of it! Then the working manager brings back a single sandwich. So we tell her, they said they would replace the WHOLE order. At this point we’re getting upset again and we told her nevermind. She tells us to hold on she will get the order. She brings us back the order minus drinks. So we proceed to the car and I tell my husband they forgot the drinks and a shake that my son ordered. He goes back in and they tell him they can’t do the shake. You know what… nevermind then, don’t offer something that you cant follow through on and don’t even bother to make a note so your co-​workers can take care of it when your not there! We saw that book of mess ups and you couldn’t even find my husbands name!
And sorry I’m ranting but really! No name and you can’t do what you say without giving the person a hard time about it.

My boyfriend loves this place. There are a number of chicken sandwich options from breaded to grilled. They charge you more for the lettuce and tomato and call it «deluxe.» I’m not fan of the waffle fries because they’re not very crispy, which may be in an indicator of less oil though (not necessarily a bad thing).
I’ve had the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. Pretty decent size patty of chicken although the chicken wasn’t very spicy. I’ve also tried the grilled chicken deluxe sandwich and the chicken was very juicy and cooked very well (hence 4-​star rating). I would give it 5-​stars if they had more pizazz in the sandwich options, like a savory sauce option or something.
The sauce selection is nice. Ranch, BBQ, honey BBQ, polynesian, etc. I like that they give you lots if you ask for it!

What can you say, it’s Chick-​fil-​A. As far as fast food places go Chick-​fil-​A is pretty awesome. I believe that this restaurant is responsible for the rash of employees that reply with my pleasure every time you say thank you. It’s kind of annoying because it doesn’t appear to be genuine. Well let me backtrack a little bit initially it seemed genuine until I thanked an employee about three times in a row. Each time the employee said, my pleasure. Hmmmm. Kind of odd so I continued to think the employee and they said my pleasure each time. Who does that? The funny thing is this was a long time ago when I discovered this and now it seems like other copycat establishments have now adopted this my pleasure policy. it’s just kind of weird to me. Anyway do not let that stop you from eating here because I believe that they have pretty decent fast food.

Came here to have a bite before the drive back to Vegas. There was a long line of at least 15 people but they processed everyone super quickly.
I placed my order in less than 5 minutes. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and iced vanilla coffee. The food came out super fast, by the time I placed my cone down and had gone to get napkins the waiter already came over with my food.
The spicy chicken sandwich was huge and more salty than spicy, I couldn’t finish it because it was way too salty. I haven’t been eating that much fast food lately so I’m not used to the salt. The waffle fries tasted great dipped into the chik fil a sauce. The iced coffee here was surprisingly good. It was creamier than McDonalds and had a stronger coffee flavor.
I will probably just get the chicken nuggets next time because they aren’t as salty as the burgers.
