By far one of the best independent Verizon retailers in the area.
I was skeptic about visiting one of these locations due to lack of trust but much to my surprise, I received some of the best customer service here in comparison to a verizon store closer to my house.
I personally loved how they give the customer their full undivided attention. The manager there is so friendly and approachable too. He set up my new iPhone 6 Plus in a few minutes and answered all my questions about using it. :)

The guys are nice and helpful but unfortunately they do not offer the same trade in value as Verizon due to them being an independent retailer. He kindly said «We do it a little different». So I just went to the actual verizon store by subway to maximize my trade in value. Thanks anyway. I gave 2 stars because they are nice.

I had an issue with my cellphone where 611 VW tech support kept me on the phone for 2 hours. Giving me the run around. And could not give me straight answers, to the questions I initially asked at the start of the call, to resolve the situation.
I just happened to be walking by and walked into the GoWireless store to see if someone could help me with my phone issue and give me straight answers.
I was able to quickly resolve my issue within 30 minutes and be back to a working phone. Quick, reliable, honest service.
