I’ve been a great clips customer for a while and have been to several of their locations. This one has so far been the best in customer service in my experience. The ladies are very helpful when I’m trying to decide what to do with my long hair and I’m always satisfied with the outcome. I also recommend their leave-​in conditioner (solutions by great clips) which is my go-​to now to protect my hair when I’m styling it. It leaves it feeling super soft and silky and since I use it every day it doesn’t damage as quickly as it used to.

The on-​line check-​in is crap if you don’t show up to also check-​in in person. We checked in online and it said 81 minutes, so we arrived about 70 minutes later but our name was taken off, so we had to wait until everyone was done.

If your looking for a place to get your hair shaved off in 20 seconds and than pay 15.00 for the honor this is the place! I am almost 50 years old and I have never had my head shave until today! Apparently the employees here are too lazy to actually pick up. Pair of scissors so pick your number and say goodbye to your hair. If I sound a little angry it’s because I am! Avoid this place like the plague!

I just want to say that this place is awesome! I used to work at a Great Clips in Ohio, and as soon as I walked into to this location I felt at home. I don’t remember my stylists name, but I definitely appreciate how nice they were! I will definitely be coming back! Plus I got an amazing cut!

The girl who cut my hair was good she even told me what was wrong with my hair (that it had breakage) the place I went to before would just cut and send me off without any info, so I really appreciated her telling me that. She also cut my bangs perfectly I usually get scared when people cut my bangs. It was my first time and I definitely would come back.

The girls are always very nice and they know how to keep a conversation going (if you’re the type that likes to talk with them) I get coupons in the mail for $ 7.99 haircuts instead of their regular $ 15 which is nice! I come here whenever I need a trim or a new style. It’s always very clean inside too.

Just got a haircut this afternoon and once again, love it, love it, love it! Checked in online with their Great Clips apps so I did not have to wait all. They also have a promo «value card» for $ 9.99 hair cut. Highly recommended.

Heard about their mobile app through a commercial and it’s a great little app. You can see the approximate wait time and you can also check in online! I always use this app before I come to this Great Clips because they seem to be quite popular with the Chino Hills locals, which is of no surprise — always great service and great cuts here! I have been here about four or five times and have gotten two really bad hair cuts from two different girls. The both times I just wanted my hair trimmed and layered. The first bad cut I got home and really looked and it looked like I had two different hair cuts. My underneath hair was long and my layering looked like a bowl cut resulting in a mullet. I just chalked it up to the girl was new. I thought oh well it will grow out. I just went in today for a quick cut and layer and I got an uneven and butchered look but I can’t go somewhere else to get it fixed because it’s so short I have to wait for it to grow. I asked for just below the shoulders and got an uneven Bob well above the shoulders with the front longer than the back. WARNING! They can only cut men’s hair they don’t know how to cut womens! If your a woman I strongly suggest going somewhere else :) !!!

Awesome! Went in when they were having their haircut special! Angel cut my hair and she did a FANTASTIC job. Very hard for me to be pleased when my hair is cut but she hit it on the money. She gave me the cut the exact way I wanted it. My mom also got her hair cut by Ana. My mom used to be a cosmetologist and is pretty picky about how her hair is cut and usually is never satisfied with her hair cuts. She was definitely pleased with how both our hair cuts came out, plus Ana spoke Spanish which made things easier for my mom to explain. Both Ana and Angel did a great job and my mom is happy she finally found a local and affordable place to get her hair cut. Ask for Angel or Ana when you go in!

I am sorry to say but their service was rude towards a close relative of mine where her English may be broken which their staff had taken advantage of by being rude while addressing her waiting time which was more than an hour and that was only to make a future appointment. When it was getting close to two hours and she had witnessed other walkins being attended first along with attempting to address the staff on why she was being told to wait for so long they simply asked her to continue waiting and that she would be provided service which never occurred. I was extremely disappointed by those actions and although they may be read with ambiguity I do believe in what I witnessed. I do hope that no one has to experience something along those lines especially now.

My first time i really liked my haircut but this second time i just wasnt having it. I showed the stylist a photo how i wanted my hair. It wasnt even close to how i wanted it after she was done with it. Also she was sick, she was better off calling a sick day. I asked for side bangs which i totally regret cause she just cut it straight and asked if the length was okay rather than fixing to look like side bangs.

This review is not directed towards the hairstylists, but more towards the managerial staff. I received a coupon in the mail offering a haircut for $ 6.99. I went to Great Clips off of Grand and had a great haircut from Jennifer.
When it was time to pay, I presented my coupon and that’s when we went straight to ludicrous speed and the confusion began.
The staff called the manager (Griselda) who didn’t answer her phone for several minutes and I had to wait. The front desk person who was attempting to reach Griselda even went to the restroom causing me to wait longer.
Griselda finally answered and she stated that the coupon was unacceptable because it was missing the expiration date. They refused to take an official Great Clips coupon and told me to try at another store. Not only will I try it, I’m never coming back.

I’ve been coming since 2007 and have been getting consistently good haircuts. In the past year or two there have been some new blood coming in and it seems to be hit or miss sometimes. Still they are an all around nice staff and I still hope to get some of the veteran stylists when I come.
The only thing I wish I could change is their greeting when you walk in the door. I understand it’s nice to greet someone when they enter the store. But to require everyone to do it every time someone walks in, they get tired of it and it shows I their voices. So please, don’t make them do it every time. Just have one person greeting people.

Just got a hair cut by Griselda. She is absolutely amazing! A perfect cut every time I have gotten her. She is great when handling picky customers, like myself, and has no problem making spot decisions to make her customers more than satisfied with their experience. She runs a fantastic shop!
I would pay extra to be able to request or make an appointment with Griselda.
Since Fantastic Sams closed down years ago, This Great Clips location blows Bloopercuts (oh, i mean SuperCuts) and other GC locations away.
