Manna Donuts

Everytime i come here i get the hurry up, get what you want and leave type of service. When the girl works its cool but the guy that seems to be here most of the time and mostly at night. Hes not very friendly. I came to this donut shop like 5 times. The service sucked and i dont care how good the donuts are here im taking the drive down the street.
I gave Manna a Very Fair chance and they blew it!

Pretty good doughnuts. It would have been even better if they were fresh but we went at an off time. The glazed was fluffy and not too dense. I also tried the boston crème, now THAT was good. Fluffy doughnut, creamy custard and just the right amount of chocolate on top. Yum!

Best plain donut ever. I had to even buy an extra one and give to someone else to validate. Now, I am not a huge donut eater, but I do occasionally get a plain donut with a cup of joe. These are not greasy, hard, burnt or leave your mouth coated with yuck. Their coffee’s good too.
I tried to ask them to make some «dark» chocolate donuts, you know, put a health or «good for you» spin on a donut. Why not? They didn’t seem to get the concept of using dark chocolate.

Only open for a short three months, I had trepidations about Manna Donuts. Any new food establishment goes through a «learning curve» and I didn’t want to be a guinea pig on my first visit here. I didn’t have anything to worry about. The donuts here are wonderful. Cooked to a nice golden brown on the outside, and light and airy on the inside. The donuts are not the least bit greasy or oily either. These are good sized donuts at a very good price. Everything I tried, sugar, glazed, buttermilk, crumb were all fabulous and worth every delicious calorie.
My only complaint would be the cake donuts. Not many places have good cake donuts though. The Devil’s Food was just a tad dry, but still very good.
This may be the best donut shop in the area, and I will definitely be back.
