Metal implements are always 100% sanitized and sterilize. All buffers, files and pumice bars will be disposed after each use. The business itself has been there for over 20 years with long time loyal customers. Our Nail technicians have well over 15 years of experience. Some have been with this place from the beginning. Love the new management. They always take care of me, do exactly what I want, and I love the professionalism. My polish can last for three weeks. My nails always look good! Love them. I’ve only gone to Kevin and Tina and I absolutely love them! I’m sure the other girls are just as good. Always leave the nail salon feeling fab!

Kiwi is my homeboy, love him and I love the way he does my nails! Also, the prices are great and the shop is clean. When Kiwi has a day off and I can’t wait, I sit with Annie. She is awesome as well! Although, I’m pretty sure if I had to use any of the staff in place of my beloved Kiwi, they would be great!

I don’t know what the fuss is about this place… this was the fastest, crappiest gel pedi I’ve ever received. She not only worked super fast with no one else waiting but cut off almost my entire baby toe nail as well as all my skin making it raw.. RAW!!!
She also kept trying to up sell me by telling me to get designs and a scrub cause my feet are «so dry». The paint job is also uneven with some on my skin. Don’t trust the positive reviews. They suck hardcore. Say hello to ugly feet and goodbye skin and nails if you do decide to try it.
I don’t expect my review to put them out of business but I do hope to enlighten the unwitting newcomer!

I love this place! They really care about their customers, they help you pick out a color if you’re unsure of what you want & also suggest cute ways to do your nails. Everyone is very patient & take their time with you, you don’t feel like you’re being rushed which is nice. I got an almond shape full set ($ 22) & regular pedi ($ 15) & I love the way both came out. Overall they did a great job & I will definitely be coming back soon!

Love my new nails. I’ve tried several other places in the area and Pro Nails was by far the best. I am super picky when it comes to my nails and always end up doing my own but I cant do acrylics so I think I found my new nail place. Don’t let the old reviews fool you as it is now a new owner. I think the recent pics speak for themselves. Thanks again, Kiwi! Will be back for sure.

This is the only nail salon in chino hills that I fully endorse! I love this place, not only because of Kim’s extraordinary ability to do nails, but also because everyone else whom I’ve done my nails with is equally as professional and cautious with their work. I’m always happy when I leave this salon because I feel like people here really care about the health of my nails in general. They always recommend tricks I can do to help out with my nails and it’s been working! I would recommend this spot to anyone who’s looking for the full package: great service and professionalism.

Amazing! Perfection! Even accepted a lady that walked in 10 minutes after they closed. Kiwi was hilarious and very creative. Beyond impressed. Will definitely come back.

This place was amazing. They took me right in without an appointment the woman that helped me was very friendly. She asked me a couple questions about what I like. Then she said she cheap one else to make sure I like the shape of it and that was ideal. I got a design gel color and fill for reasonable price. Loved it

I walked right in on a Saturday afternoon and was promptly helped. Cindy did my manicure today and she did a really nice job. Definitely one of the better if not the best manicure I’ve gotten done by someone other than myself. I’ll keep coming here as long as I live in the area.

One star because I cannot give anything less, I asked if they did threading and I was told yes and to sit and wait. I sat, I am patient so I waited, I was the only one waiting. 30 mins later the ONLY 2 ladies in here are chatting it up with a lady of their same race and I was completely being ignored. 2 workers on one lady, getting the works and they won’t stop of a quick eyebrow threading? To top it off, one of the workers only stopped to text on her phone for 5 minutes!!! I am so disappointed! I was never told how much longer and thanks for waiting over 45 mins for NOTHING. I POSTED PICTURES OF THEM JUST CHATTING AWAY.

Great service! Went in for a gel manicure. Very cheap. $ 15 gel w/​manicure it was total of $ 22. Plus tax. Very affordable. Kim is awesome. She took her time and made sure I liked my color. I will be going back! :)

Horrible! Thought it was hard to find a really bad nail shop nowadays but I found it. The ladies seemed half sleep, tools were not in a box, water was cold, didn’t cut my cuticles, cheap polish and took off my baby toe nail! Will never go back.

I have been a customer here ever since I moved to chino hills 7 years ago. The last couple of times have been a HUGE let down. I was in there with my mom and they did my pedicure. But had my mom sitting for 30 mins. With her feet soaking. The lady finishes my pedicure and then spends the next 15 minutes talking to another customer! My mom is just sitting there. She completely ignores her. It looks dirty and the customer service have gone down hill. After 7 years… I’m finding somewhere new. Don’t go here. They’re rude.

This place is crap. The 5 star reviews are lying. It’s run down, the massage chairs are broken, it looks dirty, and their nail polish selection is disgraceful. All old and no name brands. The few OPI that they do have are all almost empty.
I was sitting with my feet soaking for about 15 minutes and the girl asks me if I’m in a hurry because a preferred customer walked in. Ummm… yes, I am. Always assume that your customers are in a hurry because time is priceless, you can never get it back. Needless to say, I’m never coming back here again. :/

Had high hopes for this place, based on the Unilocal reviewers. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t go along with the average (4 stars).
Been here twice. Once for a gel polish, which was only «OK».
Several months later (on a Sunday), I went for a 2nd time, for an acrylic fill. Not sure of the nail tech’s name (had highly teased hair and heavy make up), but sat at the 1st station on the left. I asked for light pink powder, since that was my norm. She argued, said «no», and remarked that my current nails were regular powder (which they were not). She also pointed out that one of my fingers were crooked. Um, ok. And she was pretty rough w/​the sander around my cuticles. Got to the point where several of my fingers were on the verge of bleeding.
Fingers are recovering now, but have several hangnails, due to all the skin trying to grow back from her heavy sanding. Overall, I have had better, and wouldn’t return here.
