She studied at California State University of Dominguez Hills, while concurrently attending Western University of Health Sciences, graduating with honors in 2001. She practices functional medicine, integrating both conventional and alternative holistic medicine. Since 2001, she has been a family practice PA and highly sought after provider in Orange County, specializing in functional medicine, nutrition, hormone disorders, immune disorders, bioidentical hormone therapy, laser, aesthetic injections with specialized dermal facial artistry and skin care. I have to admit this wasn’t my first choice but I decided we’ll it’s not going to hurt to have a consultation. OMG I’m so glad I came here and didn’t chicken out! The ladies in this office were BEYOND nice and actually genuinely seemed to care! They didn’t try to sell me anything! I loved how Stephanie made me feel so comfortable and was actually excited for me with the way my procedure was coming along! I can’t wait till I can afford a little down time for my next procedure! These ladies were AWESOME!

I wasn’t sure how to write this review because at the end of the day this is personal. Then I remembered how crappy I felt and if someone can read this, and it helps them make a decision to go see Stefani then it was worth sharing my private story. I came in to see Stefani because I was struggling with migraines, anxiety, mood swings, night sweats and just unhappy. My life is stressful like everyone else in this country, but overall I am a happy person with a good life, good marriage and a good job. I couldn’t figure out what was going on and I didn’t like who I was becoming. My migraines were debilitating and were becoming more frequent. My first appointment with Stefani was very detailed and she really listened to me and my situation. I was with her for 1.5 hours. She ordered up some lab work, MRI etc… I like that fact that she was aggressive with the labs and checking off any potential underlining issues. Overall my hormones were wacked and Stefani prescribed bio-​identical Progesterone. I am 46 years old and I am like really hormones??? Could I be starting the change??? Long story short, after 7 days of taking the hormones I was noticing a difference and really starting to feel fantastic. I am cured! Migraines gone, moodiness gone, anxiety gone. Overall I feel like a new women and back to my normal self. I am sure If I went to my traditional doctor they would have put me on mood swingers or anxiety pills. I didn’t want a band-​aid I wanted to fix the problem, which Stefani did. Thank you to Stefani and her staff. There is nothing better than being happy & content

Had another photo facial today. I absolutely love the teamwork of this office. No matter what day I go there they all have smiles and are really interested in how I’m doing! Stephanie is an amazing PA and makes photo facials fun! LOL… and I love Nikki! She is wonderful. She doesn’t ever have a bad day. In my opinion. If you are looking for someone to help you get healthy, this place is it!
If your wanting to have beauty treatments, hands down, make Revive your ONLY choice. You will not regret it. People tell me all the time how great my skin looks and how they can’t believe how much weight I’ve lost and it’s all because Stephanie took the time to get me interested in becoming healthy and showed me that I could be successful …50lbs later, I’d say she was telling the truth.

After my first visit I’m completely confident in Stephanie and her staff. Stephanie is very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. Ready to get my health and wellness on track with their help. Excited to feel back to normal soon. Also, needed labs done and I have the smallest baby veins and usually have to be stuck more than once but Nikki was amazing, she made sure she was certain she’d be able to get a good draw before sticking me and all it took was 1 poke and before I knew it I was finished.

If I could give them 10 Stars I would! The entire Staff is friendly, professional and compassionate. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Stephanie is amazingly talented and I am over-​the-​top thrilled with the results of my dermal fillers and Botox. I also have had one IPL treatment for sun spots on my face and chest with very noticeable results. Plan to have another in a few weeks to zap them away for good! Love this place. Highly recommend…

I have visited Revive a few times. The staff is always so nice, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I always feel so comfortable at the office. Stephanie is very nice and I feel she truly care about her clients and wants to help. In my most recent visit I saw Melody the esthetician and she recommended facial extractions and was very gentle with my face. I have seen her twice before for the derma-​sweeps which made my skin look fabulous. This past visit I also got botox by Stephanie and it looks amazing. I’m always extremely pleased with my visits to Revive and highly recommend them.

I’ve been going to Stephanie and the girls for close to 6 months now. They are simply fabulous! I’ve done hormone therapy, beauty treatments and weight management. I’ve lost weight, my face has never looked better and my energy level is up.
The supplements I get from them rock! They’re no comparison to supplements I have purchased at a local drugstore before.
I’m so happy I found Stephanie to address any issues we women struggle with. She is easy to talk to and very knowledgable.
Melody and Nikki are awesome too! They are very accommodating and caring. Due to my busy work hours, they weave me in their Tuesday afternoons to get my B12 shots. They don’t have to accommodate to my schedule but they do and they they make me feel like they care I get my vitamin shot.

Stephanie is so wonderful and down to earth. I really enjoyed my visit. We ended up talking about something completely different that means so much to me and will FOREVER. I think what we discussed could have been for a different appointment/​consult but she gave me a doctor’s order for labs and told me what to do in the future at no additional charge. Melody in the front is awesome and I felt instantly comfortable with her. Anyways I went in for Botox, it’s been about 3 weeks and I am super happy with my results. You can trust Stephanie with your face, she is amazing!

I finally got the opportunity to check out revive and I was more then impressed. The staff is very welcoming professional and knowledgeable. The office is beautifully decorated and modern medical/​spa equipment in the private treatment rooms. And parking is plenty, so no worries there. I had the DermaSweep treatment, which was done by Melody. She did a wonderful job on my face. Melody really knew her stuff, I’m sure that has alot to do with her pretty extensive background in the field as an aesthetician.
The dermasweep is kind of like vacuum cleaner for your face, its a suction wand that goes over the surface of your face, getting rid of your dead skin cells and impurities etc, leaving you with fresh clean and clear skin.
After my relaxing facial treatment I was able to discuss some other treatment and health benefits with PA Stephanie, whom was also a big vessel of knowledge. She was able to shed light on all of my questions and concerns. She took her time explaining everything to me, which I feel is extremely important when it comes to your health.
***Bottom line I would highly recommend coming here to my family and friends for all your med spa needs and more***

I usually come in for Laser Light treatment and a medical grade facial. My skin is always left glowing for weeks! In addition, I love how my skin concerns are always handled with care and expertise. I never feel rushed when asking Stephanie questions– she really takes her time to answer all your questions.
I drive pretty far to get here because I always know I will be in good hands. The facility is always clean and inviting. I love these girls so much– if you live in the Chino area you must give this facility a try!!!
