Rolling Ridge Elementry

Everyone is always really nice here. My son is in first grade and he loved his Kinder teacher Mrs. Burris and his 1^st grade teacher Mrs. Lovato. Volunteering here is a pleasure. The campus is maintained really clean and people controlling traffic in the morning and afternoon are not extremely rude like other schools. The principal is ok I haven’t interacted with her too much and vice principal is really nice.

Both my kids attend Rolling Ridge and we absolutely love the teachers and staff there!

I was so impressed with the students and the administration during my time here.
They really set a precedent for education – not just in California but nationwide. They don’t myopically focus on student achievement and let social skills fall by the wayside. They foster strong social skills, too.
Principal Lea Fellows is a remarkable lady who has so many beautiful talents. I felt safe and happy knowing that the kids were in such good and capable hands!

A really good, safe, well educated and honest school. When my son started kindergarten here, I was afraid he would not fit in and get bullied. I was scared if the teachers are too strict and would start yelling at him too. But this school proved me wrong. I volunteered as much as I could, saw how they treat their kids and parents and fell in love with the school right away. My son learned so much that year and is still learning so much.
As for parent-​teacher relationship, well I can and proud to say it is a close and open relationship/​communication. The bond of the parents to parent and parent to teacher is very special here. Everyone works together to make things happen. Its like watching dreams come true. The teachers are very honest about their opinions on the kids as well. What needs work and what makes them stand out.
The volunteers you get here is awesome as well. They even have a trophy the golden cow award from the city to prove it.

Great school academically and the staff overall is awesome.
