Bell Termite & Pest Control

Bell Termite did termite work on my home, a couple of weeks ago. They showed up on time, the workmen were neat, and polite. Got my house done in a couple of hours. No lingering smells which since I have allergies so bad, thankful for that. No smell to bother my dog either. Also the man who came out to give me a estimate was not pushy, very nice, neat and polite. I highly recommend Bell Termite and Pest Control.

Their staff has knowledge and are very good at explaining findings and procedure. I’ve been a customer since 2011 and will not change them.

Scheduled a Tuesday spray for spiders, and a family emergency came up, so I had to cancel about an hour before arrival. The operator at the office was 100% understanding and told me to not worry about it. She cancelled my appoint and left an open appointment for when I was available standing. Every time I called, they were really nice, worked with my very difficult hours to get the job done in a timely manner, and the sprayer even spent a bit of extra time batting out brown recluse spiders out of a wreath on our front door for us (recently laid eggs).
Couldn’t be happier with the service. Even allowed me to get the service BEFORE I purchased the Unilocal deal and used it to pay. 100% would recommend.

Great service!!! We were having a very bad flea problem from a stray cat that decided to have a litter of kittens in our seller. We are a family owned and operated landscape material yard, and we couldn’t have an out of control flea problem. We had called several bigger name pest control companies and finally got one to come out the next day to spray. BUT when they showed up they were just gonna give us an estimate. Was kinda messed up. So i got the ok to try and find another place. Bell had alot of great reviews. Called them up and got in contact with one of their pest technicians Mitchell Erisman. great guy. really helped us out. being a smaller (mom & pop) company, we pride our selves on customer service, and so do they. So Call them… NOW!!!

I found Bell Termite here on Unilocal and after reading the reviews decided to call them regarding a property in Chino that I do not live in. Spoke with Ed very briefly and when taking no more information than my phone number was told that a technician would call me back in less than five minutes to make the arrangements. After nearly twenty minutes Miguel called me and we discussed what I needed to have done and that he could meet me at the house by 3 PM as I had some work to complete and since I would be working I would be unable to hear my phone so he was to just come and meet me there and complete the service. He agreed and said he would meet me there at 3 PM. He even asked if he could go check it out at that time and I informed him that the side gate was locked and he would not be able to enter the back yard so again we agreed that he would just meet me there. I arrived at the property just after 2 PM and began my work. I did put my phone in my pocket but was using yard equipment and was unable to hear it ring if it did. At 3:16 PM Miguel tried to call me, then at 3:20 PM the office tried to call me, they did leave a message which I retrieved later and they texted me at 3:26 PM. At 3:33 PM I texted them back telling them that I had been waiting for the tech to arrive. I called the office at 3:48 PM and was told that the tech had already left for the day and if I would like to make an appointment for Friday they could schedule it now. Needless to say I was a little perturbed at this so I declined and explained again to the woman speaking with me that this was not the house I live in, I had arranged with the tech to meet me there as I would not be able to hear my phone and that since I was going to be at the property that day I wanted the service done then and I was not going to be available on Friday and I would find someone else who would actually show up to complete the service for me and hung up.
According to the other reviews that I have read they seem to be a reputable company, However, after my experience or lack of depending on how you look at it, I cannot and would not recommend them.

My wife found termite droppings in our house and I immediately looked on Unilocal for good reviews of termite/​pest companies. I found Bell Termite and considered them with two other companies who I had come out for inspections.
Bell was the third company to come and I was really impressed with the way they did business. Randell came to do the inspection and did a solid job at looking all around the house and up in the attic. He was the only one of the three to mark the areas with chalk and left an inspection tag in the garage. He also took a lot of time to explain what he saw and walk us around the house.
He said that we could tent, but in his opinion, we didn’t need to. He mainly found them in one area (where we found them) and thought we could localize the treatment.
His prices were the best and we decided to go with Bell.
They came out 4 days later as I requested and were promptly at the door when they said they would be there. Pablo and his partner came to do the repairs and treat the termites. He was professional, polite, and did a great job. His skill level and knowledge were what I would expect and hope for from a company like this.
From the office when I called, to the inspector Randall, to the technician Pablo, to the billing department… all were great to work with.
There are companies that say «No, we can’t do that», there are companies that stick closely to their corporate policy, and there are companies that do everything they can to help satisfy the customer. Bell is the kind that says, «Yes, we want to take care of you!» That is the kind of company that deserves a 5 star rating!

We are completely impressed with these people from beginning to end. After researching several companies online and having several free estimates, William Saavedra from Bell Termite came to give us the free inspection. We could not believe how nice, thorough and professional he was. Will was on time, he listened to our concerns and he explained everything we needed to know about termites. He left after the inspection and right then and there, we made up our minds to work with him. He seemed so nice and trustworthy. We called the office and made an appointment for the following month. Ed in the office was great in answering my messages via phone calls and emails. Wow!!! No wonder they have such outstanding reviews, they deserve them. Pablo, Carlos, Diego and Rogelio were here to do the actual job. They spent 6 hours here as they told me it would be and it was a superb job. They were super nice and polite AND they cleaned up after themselves. When I called the office to make my final payment, Ludy was so friendly and treated me as if we were old friends (it turns out we are both from Colombia). If any of you are out there debating whether or not to call this company, do not hesitate. You will not regret it.

I found this company on Unilocal and had them come out to give us an estimate on treating our termites. Will Saavedra came out and listened to our concerns and then checked everything for us and explained what we would need. Because we have solar, we did not want to tent, and Will agreed and even stated that with our tile roof, he would be hesitate to tent the house. Instead he explained that Bell Termite would send a team to come out and very aggressively treat all areas of concern with non-​toxic chemicals. The team they sent out was very professional, very polite and very competent. Their pricing was awesome and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend this company and will continue to do business with them in the future if needed. I need to correct one thing. If you read my post earlier, I had stated that Edgar Flores was our inspector instead of Will Saavedra. Edgar works in the office and I dealt with him through emails. Both men have been very helpful and extremely professional.

The first thing I would like to say is, thank you. I needed a termite inspection asap because I was doing a refinance on my house and Bell saved the day. This business is top notch all the way. Ludy was more than helpful and made sure that my appointment time for my termite inspection was convenient for me and not them. Too many times businesses give you a window of time to wait for them but this time they waited for me. Ludy called me to ask if it would be ok if their inspector could get there a few minutes early, which was awesome. Octavio was there and introduced himself and explained the procedure. He was kind enough to make some recommendations for termite prevention as well, luckily he didn’t find anything. Thanks again for coming through. I will make sure to call your company first if I ever need anything in the future.

Used the Unilocal coupon for a one time bug spray. Easy to make appt, came right away the Saturday I requested, I did not have to wait.
Had a cricket problem and ants. Crickets were gone right away and a few days after the ants were gone. Very pleased. Still no bugs and it’s been over 1 month.

Our location made this a difficult job. Plus we live in another State and arranged a lot of this remotely. We hit numerous snags. Bell Termite and it’s employees rolled with the punches and volunteered to do what we would have asked for before we had a chance to ask. I would recommend them to anyone.

SEVEN ESTIMATES
I got seven estimates on two different properties. This team did a reasonable job estimating our home… (a bit skewed as the previous team that estimated our home already marked all the termite damaged areas). Their pricing was average compared to everyone else. The guy they sent (Keith) to estimate our home was nice, polite, on time. answered my questions (probably the main reason I went with this Group). The Team they sent to fumigate our home did a decent job… also right on time /​on schedule… didn’t destroy anything… answered my questions… Helpful phone staff.
They did repair a few areas… decent. They didn’t repaint the repaired area but this was stated in the contact.
YES… Get a tile warranty if you have fragile roof tiles.
CONS: An odd thing was the large, car-​sized banner they put in front of our home as our home was being tented… but I get it: Advertise… even if its for your termite-​infested home… There was a bit of a mix up with my Unilocal Discount (no big deal); just make sure you get it worked out/​in writing BEFORE you sign your contract.

Keith was very thorough in evaluating, estimating and following up. This guy is a true professional and is so knowledgeable at his job. He has the greatest personality that will put you at ease and makes you see him as such a trustworthy person. Keith definitely is a guy that will make customers refer Bell Termite as one of their best Business Service experiences ever. The Technicians: Diego, David, Rogelio and Pablo were very friendly and skilled at what they. Diego and David gave me a lot of great pointers on how to take care of other areas of my house. These guys also clean up after themselves, unlike others. What I like the most was that Diego promised he would take care of a chipped roof tile and he did. Diego also took care of an issue that was probably caused by my painter without hesitation. Now that folks is about the most thorough and satisfying Business Service experiences that I have ever seen. I have already recommended them and passed on info to 3 people that I know. We were introduced to Bell Termite & Pest Control by Mitch, who happened to drive by our restaurant in Long Beach. We were just about ready to lock up when Mitch came in, introduced himself, and gave us his business card. He happened to come at the right moment! Being a new restaurant, we were in need of termite and pest service in order to open for business.
Mitch came the very next day and sprayed both inside and outside of the facility. We really appreciate the quick and professional work from Bell Termite! Not only is Mitch prompt with his work, he even followed up the next day to ensure that we were satified with his job!
