History

Established in 1989.

I started this business when I got out of college by going door to door from store to store. We found that many window cleaners in Southern California were flaky and since I was very consistent myself I knew I could thrive. So the business was named Dependable and our motto was, «we show up when we are supposed to.» I raised my family on the income from this business and now it meets much of the income needs for several families and individuals. The workers are well compensated and they have all been with the company for many years and provide excellent service, treating the business as though it was theirs. We try our best to live up to the name, and when we ever fall short in any way, we will make it good. Feedback is very valuable. Thank you for your reviews.

Manager

I was raised in Midland, Michigan. I received a B.S. in Business Administration in 1985 from the University of New Hampshire. I worked personally in the business for 16 years from 1989 to 2005 until I burned out my body. I got a Master’s Degree in history at Cal Poly Pomona in 2006 and now I teach history at Cal Poly and Citrus College as well as managing the business. My wife of over 25 years, Diane and I also manage a vacation rental in Crestline, California called Serenity Nest.
