rented another car with them. Still had the best deals in town. This time I even got a free upgrade. Car was clean inside and out.

I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful customer service I was offered by Adam at this location. He went out of his way to ensure our family holiday rental was something the whole family was happy with! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The rep that helped me was great really worked with me!!! He helped me and was polite and was very patient with me.

We got here 45 minutes before they close today. After almost an hour of waiting, the gentleman tells us that it’s too late for him to get us a car… he could have told us this earlier when we got there since he’s the only one working the counter. I’d already had a bad experience with this company back in 2007 but decided to try them again. I will never get another rental from them. The gentleman was polite and I understand that he had no help (this falls on the company) but he still wasted our time by not letting us know sooner.

I have been renting from this Enterprise location for 3 years regularly. They are always polite, helpful, and show a lot of customer care. I would definitely recommend this Enterprise office located inside MK Smith in Chino, CA.

I will never again rent a car from ENTERPRISE again. Ashley at chino hills is rude and very unprofessional. I have no idea how she is a manager. They told me they wouldn’t charge my card but in fact they did it’s been 5 days since I returned my rental car and still haven’t received my deposit back. I have also called corporate office and they were no help. They girl said she can’t find the chino location.

Very friendly place to rent a car. Justin took care of me here. Got me in an out with no problems. Rates here a pretty good. Only down side is that there is limited parking when you drop off. But awesome. Place

I had to have some repairs done at MK Smith Body Shop & was sent to this Enterprise for a rental while my car was being repaired. The staff was friendly. I had a minivan within a few minutes and they worked with my insurance company directly for payment. Overall a very clean & easy transaction. I’d recommend them to anyone in the area!

Let’s just say because of my experience here, I WILL NO LONGER GIVE ERC FUTURE BUSINESS. I am a Corporate Travel Agent and used to preferred booking my clients ERC due to their excellent reputation. This branch changed my perception of Enterprise Rent a Car!
I rented a car for my sister at this location who was arriving at Ontario airport right after I pick up the car. I was rushing and the management trainee who was helping me insisted I should get the damage waiver 5 times! The most I’ve heard before 3 times. Then, he asked me if I want to get upgrades 3 times. I told him, just give me the car that I was supposed to get, which was not clean inside and full of dirt outside. Yes, I was rushing so I only check the car body damage which was none but not check the rims. But the stood out in my head, the management trainee told me that «I will collect $ 500 from you if you bring back this car with any damages». That was his last words before I left with the rental car. In which it stood out in my head as I was driving away from the parking lot.
Sure enough, when my sister and I returned the car, he found a small scratch on the rim that is big enough for them to collect $ 500 from me. By showing us a plastic measurement that he carried around to measure how large was the scratch. As an icing on top, these guys were arguing with us about how we lie to them. Specific details about the rain (which did not occur after we drop off the car and standing in front of them) wash all the dirt on the car, and the fresh new dirt on the tires was from us when we ran the rim on the sidewalk. Arguing, making accusations and raising their voice with us.
As a previous loyal ERC customer, I had just wish they handle the situation differently, especially when it comes to these management trainees behaviors and what was said to me and my sister. I believe these employees would have act differently if we were not two women and/​or one of us is a man. It was one of the most worse experiences I’ve had as a paying customer and will not wish on anyone else to feel the same. However, all it takes one Saturday afternoon. Let’s just say, thank you for your past services ERC … I will bring my businesses as well as my clients’ somewhere else from now on.

I have been here 3 times. I drop off my car at MK Smith Chevrolet & sometimes they have sent me there for a rental car, if its going to be longer than a couple days, to work on my truck. All 3 times have been a long process to get a car and out of there!

Rented a vehicle for the weekend, got a great deal on it. Kimberly picked me up at the time I requested, she was very helpful and got me in and out quickly. The rental I received was clean and looked good. Highly recommend renting a vehicle from this location if you live in the Chino area.
