Hans BBQ Teriyaki

I’ve Been a longtime customer here and I’ve had excellent food from day one! No complaints! I always order there box specials, comes with a protein, white rice, a mini portion house salad and a very delectable macaroni salad, veggie & shrimp tempura (3 veggie, 1 shrimp) with a potato salad texture but macaroni’s in it and carrots and a slight citrus flavor. I always order extra because the scoop is so small in the box (box is well worth it tho!) doesn’t cost you more than 9 $ They also have hands down the BEST egg rolls I have ever had! I’ve had many egg rolls ;) (these have just the right amount of crisp on outer layer and inner layer has just the right amount of soft ! Excellent combination and there home made soy/​ginger sauce they make is what keeps me coming back for more every time! They also serve boba drinks and fruit smoothies! You name it, they’ve got it! I love all there drinks ! Typically I get a black milk tea or Thai tea with boba ! You have the option to blend into a type of frappé or just ice it. Boba is also an option. I have also tried there cheeseburgers! Not bad for 5 $ a good portion and fries and regular drink size! Burgers are big and really good! You must try there green tea ice cream with bananas in it, Whip cream and fudge on top! You won’t be disappointed ! They deliver for free too (3 miles away from there restaurant). 20 $ minimum only. Easy to do when everything is amazing! I can’t imagine what I’d do without this place around the corner! This place is a treasure in chino (: everyone should try it ! Worth it!

This is very, very good food. free drink. I love spicy chicken teriyaki. I want to come here again next time.

This place looked a bit dirty compared to other fast food teriyaki places I have been too. Not only that, but when we walked up to the register to order there was a faint bleach smell covering the entire kitchen area. Highly unappetizing. With me cleanliness and food go hand in hand. I was seriously hesitant to order anything but settled with the beef bowl. The beef was bland and didn’t have much flavor. I won’t try this place out again due to cleanliness of the establishment and the taste of my meal.

Their chicken teriyaki is the best! I drive all the way to this location just to get it. Didn’t even bother trying anything else because it’s so good. Chicken isn’t rubbery like other places and the teriyaki sauce isn’t too sweet either, just perfect. I eat here once a week because the value you get for the price is great. Also the people that work here are really nice.

Decent pricing but customer service needs some work

I love this place and always enjoy coming here. It’s nice and clean. Plus, the people here are great and give you a good service. Will continue to come more often.

Eat here quite a bit over the years. The food is good but they’re getting cheap on their portion. Ordered a chicken cutlet curry dish… barely any chicken and rice. Was not like that before. This was starting to become a common thing. Will start looking elsewhere to get my lunch (worked near by).

I actually do enjoy coming here, they have good vegan options such as cucumber avocado salad and the avocado mango salad. I decided to try their vegetarian chow mein and it was not my favorite. It was very greasy so if you like chow mein, this isn’t the best spot for it. I saw other photos of chow mein that looked normal so maybe it was an off day?
They do however serve great fruits drinks to accompany your salad. When I was a pre-​vegan I did have their meat options that were good as well. Give this place a try!

Should be 4 ½ stars. This place is great. I have been trying to find a great teriyaki place in the Chino area and this one takes the cake. They have a very wide variety and everything tastes great. If you like spicy foods try one of the spicy hot pots, they are my favorite.

This place is good, it’s better if you eat in tho. I had the spicy chicken burrito last time and it was bomb very spicy

This restaurant has horrible service, expensive food and the food does not taste good. I’ve gave this restaurant a couple of chances but I won’t come here anymore no mater how hungry I am on my lunch

This time I ordered 34 and 35, which is chicken bento box and beef bento box.
I appreciate «just cooked» food but I waited at least if not more than 20 minutes for a take out and the owner’s attitude was almost apathetic.
To sum it up, the salad, was bland and came from the store. The macaroni salad — I have no idea what they are doing.
I can make a better macaroni salad then the blob I was served !
The tempura is absolutely soggy. I don’t know if it’s because I ordered take out and drove 15 minutes or because if it’s not cooked right. Other than that, I’ll leave it up to you.
I guess I can say — the meat is good so far but their side orders are a mess.
I’m still willing to try other dishes from this place, it is a good comfort food restaurant to try out.

I love the teriyaki and tempura shrimp it’s so delicious. The veggies are great too. Nice clean little place.

Ordered a combo plate since I was craving chicken and beef. Came with what seemed to be a ‘boiled’ stem of broccoli and 4 slices of zucchini over a two inch piece of cabbage. Definitely was not impressed with the side. Chicken and beef was okay they could hold off a bit on the sauce. To make story short however an hour later my body did not like what I ate and I immediately started to feel nauseous. I don’t need to say what happened next. And to say all this for almost 10.00 was definitely not worth it.

Came here to pick up some dinner last night, I wasn’t expecting much but wow was I surprised, I ordered the shrimp fried rice and its was delicious, also got an order of pot stickers and they were bomb! I love the sauce it comes with, deffinitely coming back !

Place is ok. Only came cus my sister mentioned it was so good and had to try it. Took our food to go. Took a while to order and get our foods They need more staff to work in the front. cashier seemed so overwhelmed having to take orders, make drinks, help out in the kitchen and still call out orders at the same time. i ordered the vegetable chow mein it’s okay. Wouldn’t really recommend it might be trying something else next time.

Saw the reviews here on Unilocal,decided today is Teriyaki day!
So I order half chicken, half beef, I’m watching the orders come up for the dine-​in customers and I’m like «wow» as I see these huge plates with like 8oz’s of meat and goodies. I order mine to go, get home and see maybe 2oz’s of each, if that. So the food is fine, but it’s best to eat in, otherwise you get whatever the cook feels like serving you.

Food is amazing.. Sushi, teriyaki, hamburgers, chow mein, fried rice, tempura bit of both worlds for the undecided folks of food coma… kids love it.

The Chicken Chow Mein here is my favorite. I’ve gotten some other stuff and it wasn’t bad but wasn’t great, just good. They have a lot of variety here which is good.

Sushi and teriyaki delivered to my door? Awesomeness. This was a great a surprise to me — after a long day I hardly wanted to make a trip anywhere. They deliver– sold.
(1) Chicken stix– came with rice and steamed veggies. The chicken was bland, but grilled well. Veggies were descent.
(2) Egg rolls– really good. They came with this sauce (looked like ponzu– sure it was not tho)
(3) Spicy tuna rolls– impressed considering it was delivered to me. They were on point. I would recommend .
(4) Mango avocado salad– yep it’s simple, but is a great way to end your night. Fresh, delicious, healthy, and will be back for more.
