It’s great he did exactly what i asked and it came it beautiful.

Clean shop with friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled artists. Currently working on a large piece with Sam Scott. He was able to take my concept and turn it into a reality.

If you are thinking of a tattoo, Sam Scott is the artist to see. Awesome work, Great staff and very clean shop. Sam is a great artist and has a great hand. Hardly felt it, when friends were saying that it was going to be painful on my inner bicep.

Came to see Lisa here for a lip piercing. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Very happy with the piercing and service here. Would recommend anyone to go to Lisa for anything you want done, she’s a pro… Thanks girl!

Seen lisa for a piercing and she was great. Very clean talked you through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. Almost painless but because I got my finger dermal it hurt just a little. Besides that I recommend her she know what she’s doing.

I first came here about March of 2014 for a tattoo. Jon did my tattoo. I loved his work. Came back last Friday to have a very special tattoo done. Of course I asked Jon to do it. The tat is everything I wanted. I have gotten so many compliments on my tat over the last week.
The shop is clean and everyone is so very nice .
My husband will be back to have a cover up done real soon.
I highly recommend this tattoo shop. I have watched the other tattoo artists doing tattoos and the tats look great!

I got a Semi-​colon tattoo by Jon. It was my first and I had a really nice experience here. Everyone is very nice, welcoming and informative. The place is very clean and sanitary. Would definitely come back for another.

So far so good. It was a $ 60 tat. Shop minimum. But the place is clean. Seems organized. John Bryan did my tattoo. It was simple as all shit. But he did the job. I’m not the easiest to tattoo. I start swearing and sweating as soon as I hear the buzz… But it’s a rush. I like how it came out. John did a few draw ups. But I just wanted real plain. He did it. Took bout 20 mins. No hassle. In and out in bout 45 mins. The draw ups took longer than tat.
Overall I would come back. The guy that owns this place is named Sam. A cool younger dude. Hope you stay in business and successful. I will be back if I’m in need of another tattoo. Thanks.

This place is a great find. I’m planning on going back to have Jon Bryan design my next tattoo. The artists really know their stuff, they’re friendly and the shop is not intimidating. If you’re in the IE and looking for ink… this is the spot!

Came in here yesterday as a walk-​in for my 2^nd tattoo. Atmosphere was welcoming and overall very cool vibe. I felt like I was just hanging out during my session. Charles did my black and white tattoo and wow, I’ll definitely be back! Very happy with the work I had done.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed! The entire staff was really friendly and helpful. Charles did my tattoo and he did an amazing job, I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he made it look 10x better. I will definitely be coming back :)

Moved to the area last year, so I didn’t know who to go to for a good quality tattoo. Of course, I turned to Unilocal and came across Hi-​Def Ink. After reading about Sam and checking out his work on the shop’s website, I decided he was the guy for the job. I e-​mailed him, a phone call probably would have been better, it took a while for him to respond. Nonetheless, he contacted me back and I went to the shop for my consult. Sam is a really nice guy, he was super cool about me bringing my kids along for the consult. We scheduled my appointment to return a few of weeks later to get the tat done. I came back and was very pleased with the outcome! He did an amazing job! He also finished the tat way sooner than I thought he would, which was great for me since he charges by the hour. Overall I can say that I would refer anyone, who is looking to get some quality work done, to Sam. I will definitely go back to him for any future tats!

SAM SCOTT=AMAZING TALENT! Custom work, VIBRANT COLOR, clean lines, sanitary, honest and best off all a genuine artist. Sam appreciates the foundation and history of his craft, continously studies and practices it on many levels. If you are looking for a true piece of art call him up!

Had a wonderful experience at this studio… Jon did a great job on my tatoo and all the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable… they even turned the station to relaxing music so I could relax… I’m very happy and would recommend them!!! Will be back!!!;-)

Postman did my tattoo and he was amazing. I left with a beautiful fairy that was super detailed and exactly what I wanted. The price was good and when I first went in to check out the place I was greeted warmly. This place is awesome and if I ever wanted another tattoo I’d definitely go back and ask for postman because I loved the piece he did on my back.

Sam fixed an old tattoo freehand… he did a great job! Can’t wait to get another one from him

I messaged Sam Scott about doing a half sleeve for me in 2011, he was recommended to me by my cousin. I told him my ideas and he was pretty excited to do my tattoo. After 3 sessions I was left with an amazing piece of art on my arm that I have been absolutely in love with! (a picture has been posted here already, its black and grey koi and water and the lotuses are pink and purple on the outside and yellow and orange on the inside). I pretty much gave Sam creative freedom, my only instructions were that it be bright pops of color, Japanese, and there has to be orange in it. I let the artist do what he does best and I got an awesome tattoo out of it. My tattoo has held up great and I’ll definitely see Sam again should I need another tattoo… which I so do.

My husband wanted to fix/​add to an old tattoo… Sam Scott did the work and boy was he good… this is my husbands new artist for future work. he sketched it free hand on my husbands arm… real artwork… Thank you Sam
