great job with the tune ups on our bikes but wished they would have pumped up the tires too

My sister and I recently purchased bikes here. They were very helpful with all our questions and let us test drive the bikes to make sure they were a good fit. Ryan even helped up set up the bike mount to our truck was a little tricky at first (now we have the hang of it). He was very patient with us in trying to load up the bikes and very very helpful. Great customer service. I’ll be referring people here for sure

Fantastic shop! Melissa helped me out with my new tires. Glad to find this local shop on Unilocal since i had no idea where to take my old bike :) new tires makes it feel like a new bike :) thanks for the the water bottle too!

Fantastic crew! This place is located in the back corner near an empanada spot. There isn’t a sign from the street so just look for ⁷⁄₁₁ or Carrows. It’s one of Incycle ’ s smaller locations (not as updated) but it is one of the busier ones I saw that day. The guys here are professional and attentive to each customer, I noticed. The repor with each customer was even by name. Says a lot. Would be that cool neighborhood bike shop if I lived closer. There is also a service center towards the back of the shop. There’s a service «menu» flyer to check out all my bike needs, so grab that to keep on hand. Also grabbed a map of the trails to check out in Big Bear.

Great service and awesome bikes! That store is an eye candy for me. Great bikes and some can cost a fortune. Very cool Carla and Raul, actually everyone in the store is just cool, listens to what you are looking for and try to match you with an awesome bike.

This bike shop is great people there are nice raul jr help me fix my bike fast so i was ready to go in no time thanks raul jr he also inspects your bike while he fixis it so if you need a tune up or whatever your bike needs to be in top shape great bike shop and great people.

Took my Specialized Tarmac SL2 to get bottom bracket and wheel hubs overhauled. Supposedly had a Bronze level service performed also. Not sure what was done to my bike, but my bike was rolled out to me with a flat tire? Despite the slice in tire, I put air in tire and its holding pressure? Now my chain keeps dropping off front crank when shifting either front or rear derailleurs? Even though I purchased my bike here a few years ago, it’s still a high end bike that deserved better treatment and service. How can anyone spin getting your bike serviced and it coming back in worse condition? In a world where time is money, getting your bike «tuned up» should not require repeat visits to ensure its done right!
Mark, thanks for replying to my concerns. However, due to the poor shifting performance after the «tune up», and the flat tire issue, I have little confidence my bottom bracket and wheel hubs were properly serviced. I will «tune» my bike myself and check my hubs and BB to ensure proper maintenance. Time is money for me, and do not have any to spare trying to get things right.

Mark, apparently the standard was set very low that day. I will not be returning to the Chino store, nor will I recommend it to my co workers, friends or family, as I have done in the past.. I live in in Moreno Valley and went out of my way to take my bike there because I purchased bike there a few years ago. I take pride in caring for my bike and found the service provided way below my standard. Therefore, not sure how you can help?

What a turn of events!
After my ordeal at the Chino store I was contacted immediately by Keith Ornelas from the Rancho Cucamonga store.
He was really apologetic about my experience at the Chino store and asked if he could do anything to help. I emailed him what I had gone through.
He then looked on the system and could not find what I wanted but said that he had something similar. I happened to be in the area so I just stopped by.
Needles to say that I walked out with a new purchase of a Specialized Corbon Stumpjumper.
A big shoutout to Keith for his interest on making things right and the great deal he gave me. I now know what store to recommend to all my friends.

So many good things in such a small place. I needed a Cannondale Race 24 for my son. After calling several other shops, no one had it in stock. I called InCycle and they had one at the Pasadena store. Megan said she could have it to the Chino store by the next day. It was also $ 60 cheaper than if I ordered through my local Cannondale dealer. We went to the store and were promptly greeted and directed to a sales associate who got the bike ready for the test ride. James took us out so my son could ride the bike. He adjusted it so it fit perfectly. The wife also let me test drive a Scalpel Carbon 3. Test drive only she said. So five stars for the bike shop and just two for the wife.

I have put off this review for a long time, but after recently receiving FAR superior service elsewhere, I feel it is time to leave my two cents.
I came in with my hardtail mountain bike to get a tune up ($ 100!) and have them replace the tube on my rear bike tire. I noticed that my front tire also had a hump in it, so I wanted them to look it over and tell me what I needed to do. I left it at the shop overnight and received a call the next day that it was ready. They were busy, but assured me it was good to go and said I may need to buy a new front tire to get rid of the hump.
After taking it home, the tire was flat within two hours which is a bummer because I was planning on going on a ride. After looking it over, I realized they hadn’t done ANYTHING other than pump up my tire. For $ 100. So I spent the 15 minutes to drive it back and ask them to actually do some work on my bike. I wish I Would have asked for a refund. I was out the door after a quick 20 minute bang-​up tune-​up, a new tube (which I had to pay for) and a free t-​shirt for my troubles. I also was assured that they could not fix my tire and that I would have to buy an all new one. For $ 100, I should have received far better service, and I feel slighted that they tried to cover up everything with a free shirt. Instead, I received free air in my tire. That’s it.
Turns out all that was wrong with my tire was that the beading had slipped out on one spot. The other place I took my bike to charged me less, cleaned my bike, did and appropriate tune up and fixed my tire in less time and were much more friendly and personable.
Maybe I was unlucky with my timing, but I will not be coming back.

I came in to get my brake line installed. I have no clue what I’m doing to be honest, but I came in and was out within 3 minutes.
I asked how much it would be and to my surprise, they didn’t charge me. Great service & staff and will definitely be coming back for any of my cycling needs!

After my last review, the manager reached out and discussed the issue w me, encouraging me to return.
I went back on two occasions: once to pick up some gear and another time to get some maintenance done. This review is about the latter.
I called and spoke to the shop before I came in. There was a marked difference this time. They quoted me $ 25 over the phone and when I came in, the mechanic quickly helped me make some adjustments to my derailler, seat, and handlebars and install a new bike light. I was shipping old wheels back to NY for my bike trainer and he helped me carefully pack it and walked me over to the courier next door to ship it and make sure I got the right price. The courier WAY overcharged ($ 100 for bike wheels when I usually pay UPS $ 150 to ship a whole bike) — but that’s for a different review/​shop and I didn’t have a choice, so I definitely don’t want that to impact anyone’s thoughts on Incycle. Just buyer beware if you need to ship anything, go to USPS yourself because the courier next door charges a high premium and Incycle uses them for shipments.
When I went back to Incycle, they said they didn’t want to charge for ANY of the services. I’m always happy to pay for good work and made sure to tip the mechanic who was so thorough and helpful.
In an industry where your bike is a really important part of your life (heck, it’s probably the most expensive thing I own!) and service is key, I appreciate the manager caring enough to reach out and the difference I experienced this time around — I hope that it’s a continued trend for Incycle and the first experience was a one-​off.
They now have a returning customer. Thanks very much Incycle!

Incycle Bicycles is the best for any level of bike enthusiast.
I am so pleased with the great energy of this amazing bike store and staff. I have been a runner most of my life and now switched to recreational biking. I was greeted with a smile, and a attitude of how can I help. Ryan took my current bike and told me what needed to be done to be safe on the road. When I went to pick my bike Ryan was busy and the manager Raul Sr. took control and help me out the door with a perfect bike for my trip to Pismo. When I went to pay a darlin girl (Megan) learned I had left my helmet in Lake Arrowhead and she loaned me one. That my friends is called good karma and trust from an employee who did not know me. Good leadership in that store. And the music is awesome.
The attitude of this amazing store and staff get a 5 star. I will always go there for any help with my new hobby. Thank you so much for making my life a bit funner! haha

He’ll find exactly what you are looking for We had to special order my CAAD10w for my girlfriend and he made sure I got the correct size, color, and groupset. If you’re barely venturing into the world of cycling or if you’re a weekend warrior James will be able to answer any questions you might have and guide you on your purchase so you can be happy with your bike when you’re out on the road or trails!!!

I want to Thank the guys at Chino Incycle for hooking me up with a new set of Rims for my Road Bike. I called they had it at a Great Price and I have a new set of rims. Nice

My fiancé and I recently purchased two bikes from this shop. I’m a short woman and have bad experiences with dudes at other shops insisting that I buy a bike that is way too huge for me, so I was excited when Megan, another short lady, walked up to help us. She helped us pick out bikes, ordered them in the colors we wanted, ordered all the extras I wanted, gave us lots of good info, and gave us a 10% discount on our bikes and 15% off all the accessories since we we’re buying two. When all my extra parts came in, they installed everything for me. We bought a bike rack at Sport Chalet and she even came out to our car to help us put it on. This is our shop now and we’ll be coming here for everything we need from now on. I’m not sure why other reviews were complaining about the service… Everyone here has been very nice and super helpful (especially Megan! Ask for her if you’re buying a new bike!).

Second time here. Super friendly and knowledgable staff. Megan helped me out today. She knew the correct size pedals I needed for my beach cruiser. The store is nicely stocked and clean. I would return and tell friends to go there.

What an amazing staff this bike shop has. I called one night about 2 minutes before closing and asked if there was any way they could stay open a little late for me. My boyfriend asked me to get tubes for an early ride the next morning, before any shops would be open. To my surprise they actually waited for me! As a retail manager, I know that might possibly be the most annoying thing in the world, but they were really friendly and even helped me figure out the right size because I forgot. I didn’t get a single eye roll or exasperated sigh, which I was kind of expecting for being THAT jerk who begs you to stay open. Bottom line, these guys are awesome.

This is a professional bike shop, and as such is a little overwhelming to a layman like me. This commentary won’t touch on Incycle’s quality of $ 7K bikes or how the Staff’s technical knowledge stacks up to other pro bike shops.
What I will comment on is our experience in looking for a helmet for our 4 year old son. We bought him a little $ 50 starter bike (from a big box retailer…), then came to Incycle for help scouting out the right helmet. The Salesman gave us immediate attention. Despite quickly realizing the potential sale value would be minimal, he spent a good chunk of time helping to ensure we picked the helmet with the best fit. We walked out feeling confident that our son will be safe as he starts his bicycling endeavors.
This quality service is something I never see anymore in the big box guys, and is very much appreciated. Kudos to Incycle.

Incycle Bicycles has AWESOME deals on prior year model bikes right now. Brian emailed me responsively to all my questions.
Ryan answered tons of bike related questions from me and he spent over 1 hour trying to swap parts from my old bike to my new bike and then replacing the original parts back on to the old bike (for when I sell it). In addition, he made sure that my new bike from Incycle was arranged the way «super-​picky» me wanted it…3 degree downward tilted saddle placed as close to the handlebars as possible, negative 16 degree stem, shorter handlebars, the correct rebound for my mountain bike riding style, turning my wheels into tubeless, adding a water bottle cage, adding bar ends, etc. Whew!
I also got a great price for upgrades to a carbon wheelset instead of the alloy!
I got to ride my dream bike today and my general fit on the bike was nearly perfect right out the door.
Thanks Brian, Ryan, and Raul (the manager) for a great deal on my dream mountain bike!!!
