I called to inquire about her pricing and services and she immediately dismissed me and didn’t answer my questions about pricing and hung up. POOR service and no customer skills. Don’t give someone business that isn’t deserving.

I went to Alice awhile back for lash extensions. She did a decent job. (Not amazing, not bad… met my expectations.) She was professional, service was good. The only thing, like other reviewers mentioned, was that she works out of home. Which would be fine except I thought she charged a lot for a homefront gig. Also I was allergic to her dogs. I get a rash, sometimes hives, if certain dogs’ fur touches my skin. I tried to be nice about it but I had a bad feeling the moment they brushed my leg. That evening when I got home, sure enough a rash started developing on my leg. Aside from my allergy and the fact I don’t get lash extensions anymore, I thought she was a nice person with professional demeanor. I hope she gets a storefront– I think she could do well.

TRUTHFUL REVIEW
I always keeps it real so I will have to tell you guys the truth on my experience with Alice for my eyelash extensions… My usual girl was in Vietnam for a month and I needed a fill… so I looked for a place near my house and came across Alice’s Unilocal reviews. She seemed to charge a low price ($ 40 – 50) for refills so I thought I’d check her out.
Customer Service: Alice is friendly and cool. She’s talkative and will answer any questions honestly. She will make you sign a waiver which was a bit weird.
Ambiance: I didn’t know this when I booked the appointment, but she works from home. I sat in her «laz-​e-​boy» recliner and was disappointment that it wasn’t a professional atmosphere. It was a bit ghetto which I’m fine with had I known in advance what I was getting.
Eyelash results: Disappointing. I’ve been wearing extensions for almost a year now so I’ve had all kinds of types both cheap and expensive and I found she used a very dark plastic kind. She glued single individual hair to each natural hair which she said would be best in case it fell off there wouldn’t be a big patch missing… but it didn’t look full. =(The lashes were hard and hurt when I blinked at times. Not cool. Only good thing was the glue she used was strong and held the lashes pretty long.
Price: Expensive. She didn’t give me refill price because I was new. She quoted me $ 120 which is ridiculous to be charging when she’s doing it from HOME. I pay $ 110 for a full set at a nice salon with yoga music playing in the background. Paying more, to do it at someone’s house with using cheap lashes really sucked. I’m sorry girl but you gotta bring your price down. Then when I checked the receipt I realized she charged me TAX?!? Total $ 122.89.
It was a lesson learned. Just wait for my usual girl to do my lashes instead of trying to go somewhere «cheap» and new. Not saying Alice doesn’t do a good job… but I think people need to know the entire review to get the whole story.

Alice is AMAZING! My sister and I both go to Alice for our eyelashes and we love her. I especially love that she is super honest about what works and what doesn’t work for me. I fully trust her because I know she won’t let me walk out of there looking like a clown.
I’ve had eyelash extensions done twice in the past by two different places and I never went back to maintain them because they looked so unnatural and started to get all crossed together after a few days. I wear glasses a lot so Alice makes sure they don’t rub on my lenses and still good.
I get compliments on them all the time! I encourage you to go see Alice if you want to wake up with fabulous eyelashes everyday.

I decided to try Alice after having cheap, though lovely before falling out in a huge clumping mess, flares put in and reading her raving reviews. Alice was nice upon greeting and kept conversation throughout the whole process.
Before it began, I had expressed that I’d like to keep the very long dramatic lash look, as my birthday was just a few days ahead. Alice nodded and emphasized that she would make them look very natural. An hour and a half later, Alice said she was done and told me to take a look at her work…
To my dismay, my lashes looked so «natural» that it just looked like she had only removed the work of the previous lash artist. I was clearly disappointed and I asked her if these were the longer of lashes that she had. She said no because she wanted them to match my natural lashes, and again, so that I can look natural. I asked if she could then make them longer, and the next response I received was something a business person should not suggest – she told me to wait a while so that I could get used to the «normal» look, and that I may actually come to like them; if I still didn’t like them, I can come back for a fill where she’ll give me a discount for. At this point, the last thing I wanted to do was to come back for round 2 of disappointments AND have to pay for it.
Thank you, Alice, for emphasizing the importance of looking natural, but if that’s all I had wanted, I’d have done nothing instead of paying $ 135 to look like I usually do when I wake up. I have now gone elsewhere, and found a true lash artist who does aim for customer satisfaction, whilst looking «natural», and where my money is well spent.
5 stars for the super natural look. 5 stars for having a clean and comfortable place. A very giant 1 star that will simmer like a black seed for apparent customer dissatisfaction and no means of immediately rectifying situation.

EYELASH EXTENSIONS
I’m going to keep this short and sweet because it’s all Alice does: Eyelash Extensions.
I’ve always wanted to get eyelash extensions, but never really did because they were too expensive or bad for my eyes. Finally, on a whim, I decided to get them done! Since I carpool daily, I’m limited on where I can go to get them done. I kept searching the area and found a few until I stumbled on L Lashes by Ali. After reading all the reviews, I gave her a call and left her a message. She called me back and scheduled me the very same week!
First Visit:
Alice was okay with scheduling my appointment on Thurdsay, May 5^th at 9pm on a weeknight. I was so relieved to find someone who would work around my schedule. About 1 ½ hours later, my lashes were done! I LOVED IT!
Second Visit:
I needed a touch up and my birthday was coming up so I wanted them to look decent. I texted her and she couldn’t find a time that would work for both of our schedules. Then, finally, she texted me again and told me Thursday, May 19^th at 7pm would work! This is definitely why I love her so dearly!
I love my lashes and I get compliments all the time! I no longer have to wear mascara or any eye makeup whatsoever to feel beautiful!
NOTE: If you are allergic to dogs, you might have to look elsewhere.

I’ve always wanted eyelash extensions but thought it was too expensive so never tried it, until I found out about Alice’s promotion and very reasonable price. I immediately fell in love with my new lashes. My lashes are now longer and fuller, and the best part is, it brings out my eyes. EVERYONE noticed my new lashes and said it looks great and very natural. I’ve gone back to Alice for touchup several times and each time she was on time and very professional. I would recommend Alice to anyone who wants eyelash extensions. You can’t find anyone better… trust me, I’ve been looking around.

This is my first time getting extensions and the result exceeded my expectations. Can’t believe how natural it looks. I stared in the mirror in awe: o). So happy. My eyes just pops now. They look much bigger and more awake. These eyelash extensions gave new life to my former lash-​less eyes and I’m so happy. No more lenghthening mascaras and no more racoon eyes, yeah!
My husband came home from work and said I looked really nice. He asked if I did something different with my make-​up. And ladies, seriously, I had nothing on except blush. Since then, I’ve received compliments from others left and right.

She came to the rescue!
One week before my wedding, another eyelash tech that I had an appointment with was unable to accommodate me being late for 15 – 20 minutes. I went through one hell of a long commute to try to get to my appointment only to get screwed over. It’s understandable (I guess) if she had back-​to-​back appointments. Anyway! So I decided to go on Unilocal to find an excellent rating eyelash extension service and found Alice :)
She was able to fit me in tonight at 7pm, and she did a great job! I love her work! She’s awesome. I’ll definitely come back for touch-​ups.

I LOVE my new lashes! I was really hesitant to get lash extensions because I didn’t want the upkeep and I didn’t want to look like I had flash eyelashes on. My lashes look so natural and I DON’T HAVE TO WEAR MASCARA ANYMORE!!! it saves me so much time in the morning — and right out of the shower I’m looking like I have makeup on when I don’t.

I decided to try getting eyelash extensions for the first time and I wanted to go to someone who was close by and could do them for a reasonable price. I found Alice through Unilocal and am so glad I did. She had a special going on so I tried her out and was more than impressed with the results. My lashes have never looked so long and full and natural. Alice was very professional and paid full attention to detail explaining what she does when applying the lashes and how to take care of them afterwards. I highly recommend her. I will be going back for my touch up soon!

I love my lashes! They look so natural. I’ve had many compliments on it already. I don’t have to wear any eyeliner or mascura anymore. Definitely saves me time. Alice does a wonderful job. She is very precise and patient. I would defintely recommend going to her for eyelash extensions!

Alice had a special promotion, so I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised at how natural it looks. I’ve always wanted fuller and thicker eyelashes and Alice can give you a custom look. I’ve already gone back to her several times for touch ups and each time, she was patient and professional. She also offers special promotions, so I would inquire about that as well.

I love them! I have had these extensions for about a month now. They are awesome. I don’t have to worry about mascara running or anything. They look really natural but still very nice. My lashes look longer and fuller. I have received compliments from a lot of people. The most impressive one would have to be my optometrist. He said he couldn’t tell that they were extensions and he has too look at peoples eyes up close all the time. I definitely recommend getting your lashes here. The great thing is that she is very versatile so she will do what you want. If you want them really long and really thick she can do that too. It’s really up to what you want. It’s really nice not having to wear much or any makeup on your eyes since your lashes become fuller and darker.
If you have never gotten extensions you should try it. Its completely painless and you will love them!
