Massage Viva

Worse massage ever!
The lady had to leave the room about 5 times to answer the phone or help someone that walked in. She didn’t even add extra time to the crappy massage.
She was chewing gum the whole time.
The massage was so weak, I don’t think she even knew what she was doing.
To make matters worse, they charge $ 2 to use your debit card!
Wouldn’t come back here for free!

I never wanted to cry out of frustration more than I did 30 mins ago. First of all: they make you pay before you receive your massage and each credit card transaction is an extra $ 2. ($ 50 for 60 mins. Would rather go to massage heights) Second: the bed is cheap and stiff with thin sheets and just one hand towel covers you. (your butt). They also don’t ask you about your preferences.
So I’m not sure if they even have their massage licenses or if they were being lazy, but they do not know what they are doing. Both my mom and I walked out disappointed and were forced to give tip. The first 5 minutes the lady just pressed my back trying to crack it (improperly). The next 40 MINS she annoyingly dug her elbow into my back. Not once did she massage with her hands. I didn’t know whether I should tell her to stop and walk out or what not. She also pulled the towel UNDER my butt so what was the point of having a towel? Idk. Not once did she ask me how I was until I cleared my throat then I asked her to do something else. I then turned upwards for her to massage my head and she puts lotion all over her hands and runs her fingers through my hair. Girls you know how frustrated I must be at this point.
All in all this massage was uneven, unorganized, unprofessional, and a waste of money. I supposedly received a «Swedish massage».
2 good things: they have an all female staff so it’s not sketch and I got to charge my phone
But I did walk out feeling more achey than when I walked in.

It is my 1^st time and last time to this massage place. Terrible exp. Below is what happened and what I saw.

1, Massage level is way below professional. Totally is a joke. I can easily get better massage in any $ 15 — 20 foot massage store.
2, Only give 50 mins massage which they claim is 1 hour. (I check my cell phone when she come in the room). She left 2 times because she also has to be receptionist.
3, Force you give tip before you left. And request $ 40 tip for $ 50 hour massage. I gave $ 20 and get bad face.
4, Fake Ad. online. Believe me, as Chinese man, I can honestly tell you the woman they use is not pretty at all. Comparing with their Ad. just like they give you 30 when you expect 100.
5, They ask $ 2 more if you pay by credit card.

Not impressed. Maybe good for a single guy but the deep tissue massage was not what I expected. They take money before hand I tipped $ 10 before the massage even started, I downgraded my massage in the middle because it wasn’t going well, and then the therapist demanded even more money! Yeah, no, sorry; if I’d gotten a good deep massage then no problem but I wasn’t looking for a «sensual» massage and even less want to be paying for services I didn’t get then told I still haven’t paid enough!

Really good massage here. The lady knew what she was doing and did it great! The only negative I would say is they demanded a $ 10 tip which I never experienced before and they charge $ 2 for credit cards.

Best massage I’ve ever had. I hear kiki is good. But when went Lucy was my therapist and she was great, massage viva is now the only place I will go to in the future

I tried out Massage Viva yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. Kiki is the best therapist I have met. She is a very professional therapist. She is super nice and attentive to what I want and don’t want. The massage was AMAZING !!! I really relaxed and enjoyed it. In addition, the area is so clean and cozy feeling. I like here. I will be back soon!!!
