Had some issues with my A/​C gave me appointment first thing on a Monday morning with the ongoing heat wave. Bryan was on time fixed the problem and gave me some advise on maintenance, check the freon and filter. Price was reasonable. Tested my A/​C all day today despite the rain with no problems noted. The last thing we need is for the A/​C to breakdown during the summer months in SoCal! Thanks to you Unilocalers I located Metz Air and scheduled them to come check out our defunct A/​C system. They were here the next day, able to determine the problem ASAP and back again the day after that to fix the problem. The entire process was professional, the technicians were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There was a minor issue with my final invoice, but it was quickly resolved through their amazing customer service and communication! I thought with service technicians it would be difficult to speak with someone regarding my concerns, but someone was ALWAYS readily available to speak with me, email me, respond to me, etc etc. There wasn’t a runaround and chasing anyone down. These guys at Metz Air are awesome! We were referred to them by a family friend and would NEVER use ANYONE else. They are honest and reliable and a family run business which I love supporting!
We had basically been putting a bandage on our 20 year old problem AC Unit for 2 years and it was time for replacing. Our AC broke down in the middle of a serious heat wave and Brian and his people at Metz Air were able to help us out. We were given a quote that no one could match and we decided to go for it. We were up and running again in no time!
During this time we were also having 2 bathrooms remodeled and a couple of days after we had our new AC Unit put in it turned off and thank goodness it did because the construction workers who were working on our bathrooms had gunked the main AC line with some debris. None the less Brian came out late in the evening and fixed the issue for us blowing out the line and getting us up and running again.
This company went above and beyond for us and made us feel like one of their family. They truly care about their customers needs and give you honest feedback and options for what can be done to resolve you Air Control issues. I will always refer Metz Air to anyone that I know.

Metz A/​C has always been good about keeping our heating and air conditioners in good working order. We have them come out to our house twice a year to make sure our house is safe. They are very responsible about checking out our units and keeping us safe. The office staff is pleasant and courteous.

I had a unit that was over 25 years old. Parts to fix it were still available, however the unit was very inefficient. I had several estimates for all new heating and A/​C. Some were from major companies, but, they were also very unprofessional, dirty, and lazy. Their attitude was so flippant towards my potential business I kept looking. Metz Air Control was friendly, courteous, and punctual. They removed the old system completely, and installed the new one with a team of professional technicians, and were done in one day. They were clean too. They even went so far as to repaint a scratch in the molding on the inside of the closet that nobody would ever see. I would not hesitate to recommend Metz Air Control to anyone I know!

I’ve used Metz Air for the past 6 years for service on my air and heater. This year they gave us a great deal on a new air conditioner, we had 3 companies give us a quote and not only were they the cheapest they offered a more energy efficient unit for the price.

Last Saturday we had our Summer Air Conditioning tune-​up with Metz Air. They were great about fitting us in and accommodating our last minute appointment request. When the technician arrived he made some great suggestions on how we could reduce our summer electric bill. We also asked the Technician to install a Thermostat that lets us control our Heating and Air with an App or over the internet. I left work early yesterday and was able to cool my house to a comfortable temperature before I even got home! It’s great to see a family owned business that takes pride in their work, stands behind their product and truly values its customers.

These guys are near criminal, tried to charge us $ 450 to replace a $ 30 contactor. Then went on to tell us we needed to replace the whole compressor unit (for a mere $ 3,897). Buyer beware; I was able to fix the system myself (with a little help) for $ 166 in parts and some «sweat equity». Also, these guys are offering $ 100 discounts to customers who will give them a good review on Unilocal.Ballot-​stuffing if you ask me.

Using a local business is always our first choice and Metz Air Control is a excellent local Chino business to meet your AC needs. Service tech arrived on time, was very efficient and provided some excellent cost saving suggestions. He explained everything (in terms you could understand), checked our entire system and left everything in like new working condition.
If you haven’t checked R22 freon prices lately, be prepared for a increase but it’s a cost all AC services are dealing with, as well as the customer. I have no complaints about my bill and would recommend Metz to anyone for AC or heating needs !

I called Metz for service on a non working air conditioning unit and explained that we have 3 year old twins in our home. They said they could send a technician out the same day to help us out because it is a high priority when it is hot and there are children in the home. The technician arrived during the quoted time frame and looked over the problem. He explained that because we have a newer, more complex «zone system» unit made by a specific manufacturer, we need to have a qualified technician for them come service our unit. He recommended a local company, explained exactly what our problem was so I could relay the information to them and did not charge me at all, even though it was supposed to be a minimum charge emergency call. I had a great experience with them from start to finish and appreciated their honesty and professionalism. I would highly recommend them and can only hope that the next company we deal with are as great as they were.

Outstanding service by this company! Very professional and prompt with service. Health issues caused me to call upon them to help discuss options and upgrades for my air conditioning and heating. Recommendations made by them have always worked to my benefit, both health wise and financial. My bills have been exceptionally excellent for the summer months needing ²⁴⁄₇ air conditioning. Winter months my bills are unbelievably very low. I highly recommend them for any service! I value their word. Excellent Customer service!

Just moved into my new home in Fontana, California and decided to upgrade the A/​C unit. I purchased a new Air conditioning and Heating unit through the Lowes Home Improvment store in Rancho, California which was installed yesterday. The HVAC contracting company that came out to install my new 4 ton 16 Seer Trane Air Conditioner and Furnace W/​Nest Thermostat is ‘Metz Air Control’. They were great! The crew arrived on time, worked hard throughout the day to complete the installation by the afternoon. The installers Jorge and Pedro were extremly professional, courtious, and respectful. They were very knowledgable about the system they installed for me including the Nest Thermostat which I purchased after market and asked them to install. I just want to thank the ‘Timbone and Pumba’ team (as they called them selves) for an outstanding job! They have a great work ethic and a good sense of humor. I am one happy customer. Thanks Jon your crew came thru for me.

A few years back, my old AC compressor was not working. Called other guys (sorry forgot their name). They took my money with stuff I didn’t need and the thing ended up breaking again soon after. Called Metz, they came out told me my old compressor has one foot in grave. I couldn’t afford a replacement at the time, so they were nice enough to do a temp fix since it was so hot.
Replaced the AC compressor with a state of the art new one through Metz. The following year, a @#!%&+$ rat chewed up the wires in my new compressor. Can you believe these guys at Metz came out and reconnected the wires for FREE!
