O’Reilly Auto Parts

Very low level of customer service. Ordered some parts in person then called the next day to make sure they are in before making a trip. The person picking up the phone first said they are not in, then i mentioned that when i ordered the parts they said will be in the next day. She said she will double check and left me hanging on the phone for 10 minutes and never returned with an answer so i hung up and went to the store. Surely they parts were in.

We had a horrible experience at this location. We went in on a Sunday evening and it was pretty busy. You could tell one worker couldn’t handle all the stress of the busyness. It resulted in her not only treating her associate, Amanda, poorly, but also the customers.
We went in the day before to check our battery since we purchased it there in 2013. The young girl told us that it just needed to be charged for an hour and that she would call us. 3 hours later and we never received a phone call. We went in and our battery was given back to us with a supposedly good charge. The next day we noticed our car having a bit of trouble and we knew it was the battery. We had a mechanic check the alternator and the battery and he said he was surprised they charged it with completely dry battery cells. After we knew the alternator was fine we decided to take it back to get a replacement. That’s where we met Sandra who was completely rude and didn’t believe that we came in the day before. She was rude to the associate, Amanda, who was helping us and treated her so poorly we felt bad for her. We left with a dead battery and no plans of returning because Sandra would rather have us break down on the side of the road than satisfy our warranty. We’re happy to go any where else for business if it means better customer service than that. Yikes.

I used to avoid o’Reilly Auto Part Stores whenever I could. One day my car broke down and this was the only place in walking distance. I have been back over a dozen times in the past 6 months. There are two workers there that will treat you well. Mathew is a great guy and is very helpful, and Sandra is sweet, funny, and very helpful as well. If you have had many bad experiences with this company in other locations, I would recommend giving this one a shot. ;)

i’ve had good luck with this place.
i order parts and when i pick them up they are correct.
especially i dont know much about cars, i just pick up what my dad tells me to.
they even order parts and dont make u pay, which is great in case u dont need them.
im satisfied. :-)

I had to order a part at the store and it didn’t come in until the next day the guy ordered the wrong part which I already paid a $ 100 for. come to find out that part is discontinued but its still in the system and the part that I need now is a hundred and 175 $ they gave me a discount for what they would pay so it would be 140 $. it’s better than nothing but at the same time they shouldn’t have a new person at the to register when they don’t know what they’re doing, kind of dumb if you ask me. Even though they tried to make it right I probably won’t go back just because I had to stand there and wait for them to look in the back for a hour when I called them right before I went and they said that they had have the part there and then when I got there its «oh no we don’t have the part».

I came for a new battery and was an OK price. But customer service was not all that great when I went inside and asked the cashier for assistance. He wanted me to wait 30mins for somebody to change it.
I was just happy that I seen another employee Enrique… He was awesome! Helped me right away.

This location has the worst customer service imaginable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and drive an extra 3 – 5 miles to the nearest Autozone.

All i know it was a girl, tony, and danny. Just needed a rush urgent order of crank bearings. I called 10 am busy girl left me on hold for 15 min said se will call back never called back. I just thought they were busy so i called back at 130 i was put on hold for over 17 minutes without a thanks for waiting or anything just silence. I just hung up. People should value their customers more. Horrible i give them negative 5 stars if i could.

Went here to get some brakes at about 8:30 get home and jacked the car up and removed old ones just to realize the dummies gave me the wrong ones. Call them up at about 8:50 they say they close at 9:00 and if I didn’t make it in time I’d have to wait till tomorrow. What made me mad bout this is the supposed manager is the one that helped me in the first place I understand he’s just an employee and he could give a sh*t about my brakes but if u make a bonehead mistake u should fix it even if it wouldve meant waiting for me an extra ten minutes. I will never come here ever again and suggest to everyone who reads this to do the same!!! Save yourself some time and just go to autozone.
