Agree with other reviewers — very rude staff and very unaccommodating doctors. Appears to be a high patient to therapist ratio. As for me, I’ll never go back.

I got my right ankle injury(hairline fracture) during ski trip two months ago. I got my HMO and I randomly pick Orthopaedic Medical Group, Vic A. Osborne, MD as my docotor. The receptionist is really really good and nice, she handles my case ahead of time and book everything I needed ahead of time so no delay at all. The helper inside are cool but nice and help me to put the cast on it without issues. The doctor is very nice and try to help and positive to reduce my fear and scare about the pain. Everything is great and I am out of cast yesterday. Now, I need to go to physical therapy!
