I went here for the first time today and I was really impressed. The manager Omar was very nice and helpful he told me right away that there would be a bit of a wait and there was but everyone working there was working hard as a team and trying to get everyone out as quickly as possible. He even upgraded my car wash for free! Very pleased with this place and will be returning for my next oil change. Good job Omar and team you guys do an amazing job giving your customers a great experience.

Hands down the best customer service I’ve had at a shop before. Typically shops want to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible. Thus, sacrificing any type of customer relationship building. That is not the case here.
Omar, the manager, really goes the extra mile for his customers. His staff was incredibly nice from the technician to the cashier. The whole transaction was flawless. Paid $ 34.99 for the oil change plus a free car wash, which I asked if i could redeem it later due to rain. Omar more than willingly accepted the rain check. I definitely will be returning!

Found on Unilocal and was pleasantly surprised. Family owned and operated, polite, informative, thorough and quick. No hassles. The waiting room was small but barely noticed bcuz it was stacked with magazines, mini flat screen tv, sodas and pastries. I got a great first impression and overall pleasant experience. I’m sure I’ll be going back and possibly for future car repairs, as well.

Dishonest. I do my homework when it comes to my car, and once I began questioning the owner, he had no straight answers for me and even charge me for an oil change and came to find out the following day when a family friend worked the car, they said that I was fortunate that my transmission didn’t blow out because I had no oil in my car at all! This guy just charged me ONE day prior for an, oil change! when I came back to tell him and confront him he tried to pawn me off to someone else and on my way home after a «courtesy of putting oil» in the car «free of charge», I noticed he had ripped off the sticker that they put after they complete a legit oil change in the upper left corner of the front window. My car has ran like crap ever since. Hopefully he doesn’t do this to more people, charging for oil change is not even putting oil in the car leading to the transmission to go out and other problems forcing you to go back to have them look at the car and make more money. Very shady it’s unfortunate because the car wash is awsome and convienent, and I used to come here for years. After that incident never again

I came in for an oil change. Full synthetic $ 65.00 with a free car wash. Omar the manager was great. He threw in free armor all and air freshener with the car wash. I will be coming back here again.

This place is dishonest, with no morals or business ethics. They overcharge woman for the same services they charge men less for. Consumer Affairs has verified that this business has complaints and will be investigated! Don’t patronize this business.

Great place for an oil change, reasonable prices, & you get a car wash with it! I love that they use castrol oil. I had 0 complaints and I’d defiantly be back again.

Awesome Place, awesome service! Always very clean, I’ve been to other places for oil changes and discovered grease smudge marks, etc inside and outside my car! They Use top quality products! Always do a detailed job and get it done in very respectful timing! You receive a free car wash next to it at soft touch. For not much more $ you can upgrade to better washes! For every oil change you do there, you get a $ 10 off coupon in the mail!

This is my second time coming here, partially because it’s right by the office. However, the service I’ve received from Omar and the guys is also a strong contender for justifying the trip. They’re quick, professional, and handle customer service queries with a calm level of professionalism I thoroughly appreciated. Definitely a spot I recommend.

Omar, the manager, was just as nice in person as on the phone. Even though I arrived 20 minutes before closing he was extremely courteous. You also get a free car wash with your oil change! This is going to be my regular place for oil changes going forward

Best customer service. I always forget the guy’s name in that’s always there, but he offers friendly customer service. I have been coming here for a good while now for my oil changed, and never have I had a problem. You can’t beat the free car wash they offer as well with the oil change.

I tried this place out after reading all the great reviews, not wanting to get too high of expectations but I have to say this was probably the most pleasant experience I have ever had when doing any car maintenance. I was greeted immediately by the manager and even though it was my first time he treated me like a regular. He assured me multiple times they would take great care of my car and they certainly did, a car wash was even included! I definitely will be going back!

I love this place! I won’t take my car anywhere else. I happened upon it one day because it’s across the street from my doctor’s office. They are fast, friendly, and very affordable. I could only find a $ 39.99 high mileage oil change at Wal-​Mart before, which can take forever, but now I have it here, with a free car wash! They will recommend things for your car, like a new filter, but they are not pushy about it. The last time I came in, the guy freaked me out by calling me by name! He had looked up my car info while I was cleaning it out. This is only the third review I’ve ever written on Unilocal,because I’m not a big review writer, but this place is the bomb!

Immediately upon arrival the manager, Omar recognized my vehicle and greeted me like an old friend. Great customer service, and my car looks and runs great!

Referred to this place by a friend who said nothing but great things. Very happy with my service today. Free car wash with oil change. Car has been making funny noise for a while, guys said to bring it back at a slower time, and they would check for free.
