Rocca Tile & Granite

Just had my kitchen remodeled today and it is beautiful! Called several contractors for quotes and the best price and experience was Reyes and and Rocca Granite and Tile. The job was completed on time, and on budget. The work crews were knowledgable and professional. From the cabinet crew to the electrician to the granite layers, everyone was pleasant and efficient in their work. Alvaro is a «jack of all trades» and he was most knowledgable in everything he touched. Miguel was particularly expert in his tile work. Every day the area was left clean and safe for myself and my two dogs. I would definitely recommend Reyes and his crew for any and all remodeling needs. Thank you for giving me a beautiful and efficient new kitchen.

Just finished remodeling 2 bathrooms. Reyes and his crews are perfectionists. They cleanup what little mess they have every day. Alvaro is particularly good and a pleasant man to work with. Changes we requested during the job were handled readily. Reyes and his people are great and we intend to use them again for our next project. Nice to do. Business with a small local firm. Highly recommend them.

Reyes and his crew remodeled two bathrooms for us last year and did an amazing job. Their estimate was cheaper than other companies and the work they did was excellent. Reyes did a great job communicating with us and he would stop by almost daily to make sure everything was being done right.
One of the bathrooms was tricky because of a large trough sink with two faucets and a counter that had a 45 degree angle. Reyes and his crew took their time discussing it and triple checking their measurements. The end result was perfect.
His crew was also great. Pepe always double checked with us before starting the next phase in case we wanted to make any changes to the design. We were very happy with the work they did. Now that we’re ready for our third bathroom to be remodeled, we called Reyes without hesitation.

Look no further, Reyes of Rocca Tile & Granite is the best! I’ve always admired the renovation of a friend’s home in Chino Hills where I also reside and knew that when the time came for me to remodel my home and do some changes and/​or upgrades, I’d definitely call the the same contractor. Upon contacting Reyes we scheduled a convenient date and time for him to come out to my home and see what I wanted done. Reyes listened to my ideas & made great suggestions on what could be done and how to accomplish my dream master bath and kitchen. I was given a very reasonable quote for both my projects and scheduled them to be done and put on their schedule. This was a great decision. Reyes is a very honest and trustworthy person who provides excellent workmanship. It’s obvious that he takes pride in his work & aims to please his customers and make them happy. I felt comfortable at all times with the work crew that came in to my home to do the work and compliment them for doing such a great job while working in my very busy household of children & pets. I can’t say enough great things about Reyes and his work crew. I look forward to calling on them again just as soon as I’m ready to change and remodel other rooms in my home. I’m posting photos of both rooms Reyes did an amazing job on.

Needed to have a bathroom countertop, sink, and backsplash replaced with new granite.
Drove 39 miles to select the granite. Received a proposal from Reyes to do the work. We agreed on the price and I returned the signed proposal to him. He was supposed to start work the following week.
I asked him to pick up the deposit and provide a copy of his insurance certificate. He never responded. Several days later, he emailed me and told me he couldn’t do the job.
What a waste of time this has been.
Here are a couple of warnings to those of you considering Rocca Tile:
1. Reyes is unreliable. He doesn’t return calls and then backs out at the last minute. Is this a good use of your time?
2. By law, Rocca Tile can’t request a deposit for more than 10% or $ 1,000 whichever is less. Don’t give Reyes any more than the law allows.
3. Ask for their insurance certificate. He may not have liability or Workers Comp insurance.

I’m leaving this review for my grandma. She is very satisfied with the service.
They helped her install the new stove. My grandma said they were patient and professional. They also cleaned all the boxes and trash before they left.

Great service! Fast response and followed through with the work he said he was going to do. I contacted 2 other local granite guys and they BOTH screwed me off and didn’t show up to their scheduled appointments, nor completed any job. This was a $ 1,000 job and Rocca tile is the only one that came through. If you’re sick of ALL these other contractor/​re-​modeling guys, hit up Rocca Tile and they’ll take care of you!

They did my kitchen counter tops. Everyone is astonished at the price and then even more amazed at the excellent job. I recommend. Now, they are going to be used for my tile floors next.

Been to this place twice and both times they were closed during business hours. I don’t know how i could even give this place a good rating. I guess I will go down the street for my business

I purchased a town house which was remodeled before I purchased.
About 6 months into moving in, we discovered a water leak on the wall located on the other side of the shower room. So I called the plumber and it turns out the shower room was remodeled without the water seal under the tiles that water is leaking out of different places in the shower room. Fortunately, plumber knew a lot of about how shower room is made so he told us that I can get someone to re-​do the bottom of the shower room so they can put water seal under.
I called a few contractors and tile companies and some just never showed up to the appointment (which is never a good sign so I didn’t even call them back). And some said they can not just re-​do the bottom of the shower room and quoted us for a whole shower room remodel for almost $ 10k.
Then I reached Rocca Tile & Granite for help. Mr. Reyes came on time for appointment, and gave us a quote to re-​do the bottom of the shower room with water seal. It took me a little while to go and find the matching tiles to the rest of tiles in the shower but I appreciated that I can find my own tiles since I was able to get them in discounted price.
It took them about a few days to do the job and they did a great job with very good pricing.
I would use them again! Thank you Reyes!

We found Rocca Tile & Granite via Unilocal and couldnt be happier that we did. My wife and I were looking to upgrade our kitchen countertops. As soon as Reyes stopped by for an estimate, we knew we had found our guy. Reyes is nothing but a consumate professional and a man of integrity. He gave us more than a fair quote, worked with us in choosing our granite and backsplash, and answered ANY questions we had. He was always on time, showed up exactly when he said he would and his installer, Miguel did fantastic work. We were so pleased with the work, we ended up having Reyes retile our kitchen as well. Have been using Unilocal for years but never have submitted a review. My service was so great from the very beginning with Mr. Reyes that I had to write this. He is very flexible and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. He returns calls quickly and if he is busy he will text which is great within minutes. We had our kitchen countertops as well as restroom redone with beautiful granite. He made great suggestions to match our pre-​existing backsplash. We received a detailed quote on the spot on his first visit to our home and received a written formal estimate next day via email. His crew was clean and friendly. They even vacuumed the dust out of our drawers as well as the stove. Our estimate only included connecting the kitchen sink with garbage disposal as well as plumbing but not our restroom. We replaced the restroom vanity as well as sink and fixtures. Our estimate detailed that the restroom plumbing was not included. Much to our surprise Mr. Reyes hook up all the plumbing for us at no charge. This kind of service is hard to find and I would not hesitate to use him again and will proudly refer him to friends and family. His quote was very competitive with the two others we got. I’m glad I spent the extra $ 100 difference from lowest quote to go with Rocca Tile.

Wish I could give 10 starts to Rocca Tile! I was referred by a family member who used Rocca Tile for a small granite slab installation. I was remodeling my whole entire kitchen and was looking for granite slabs and a tile backsplash. As soon as I walked into the store, I knew I found the man for the job! Reyes was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. He had a lot of pictures showcasing his prior work and I was able to get some ideas of what I liked. I searched high and low for the right slabs and tile. Reyes recommended a few showrooms and visited a few with me. The day he picked up the slabs, I met him at the yard and I got to choose how I wanted the slab cut, (with some feedback) as you all know that granite slabs have different movement and no two are ever alike! The install went in smoothly. His guys were very professional and tidy. Reyes was also there to supervise the work. After the granite installation, I asked to wait a week for the tile backsplash because I was still undecided on what I wanted. Reyes was understanding and patient. I was equally impressed with the tile install. Everything came out beautifully and I get a lot of compliments on my new kitchen. Thanks to Reyes and Rocca Tile I have the kitchen of my dreams!

Thank you Reyes!!! From start to finish has been a five star service. Very pleased with their work on our master bathroom tile. My bathroom only 100 sq. feet, but it didn’t prevent them treating me like a million dollar customer. Thank you. Their price is very reasonable, the installer crews were very professional, they clean after themselves and did not leave any garbage around the house. Very solid work all around.

Rocca Tile updated my bathroom. Clean, professional, and efficient are the 3 best words to describe this company’s work. After every day of work he cleaned up after himself, and was able to finish a small bathroom in 7 days. The tile and countertop had near exact finishes, and we found paint to match. They did a great job of installing the fixtures, and other necessities we picked out for the bathroom. He was able to promise to be done in 7 days, to meet a deadline of a party. He followed through with his promise until the end. The overall work was great, the tile work clean and attractive. He was able to problem solve and get the work done super quickly.

We had Reyes and his crew install our granite kitchen counters back in 2006, and they still look FANTASTIC! He and his crew are complete professionals, did the job on time as promised, and cleaned up everything! We have also had 2 bathroom floors installed, and a bathroom remodel at our shop in Covina. We are 100% satisfied!

My wife and I are extremely pleased with Rocca Tile and Granite. Our house had an outdated kitchen and so we were referred to Rocca by our plumbing contractor. We replaced our tile countertop with granite and the old flooring with imported tile. The new look is outstanding and much more modern. The craftsmanship and service by Rocca was top notch. We highly recommend Rocca Tile and Granite to anyone looking for a Kitchen remodel. BTW, they have a great showroom that you can see before hand. This works better than looking at a catalog.
