Established in 2013.

The opening of Sam The Chiropractor in Chino has been an awesome journey. Dr. Sam and Office Manager Darlene both began receiving Chiropractic adjustments as kids & understood the importance of Chiropractic at an early age.

It was during his time studying Chiropractic that Dr. Sam & Darlene met. In 2008 they moved to Victorville, CA to work at Life Chiropractic Center. While practicing Chiropractic in Victorville Dr. Sam was able to adjust thousands of people and master his chiropractic technique.

The couple decided they wanted to return home to be closer to family and friends and agreed that the Chino, Chino Hills, Ontario area would be the perfect place to open their Chiropractic office and raise their daughter.

Sam The Chiropractor is family-​owned and everybody that walks through the doors is treated like family. They like keeping it simple and promise to always Listen, Tell the Truth, Make You Feel at Home & Provide High Quality Care.

Chiropractor Chino Hills, Dr. Samuel Ruiz was raised in Chino Hills and attended Ruben S. Ayala High School. He received his Bachelors Degree in Biology at UC Riverside and his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree at Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. Prior to opening Sam The Chiropractor, Dr. Ruiz spent 3 years as Associate Chiropractor at Life Chiropractic Center in Victorville, CA one of the largest and most successful health clinics in the High Desert. When he’s not at the office he enjoys playing baseball, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering for various non-​profit organizations.

I went to Dr. Sam the Chiropractor because of a kink in my neck that I had for months and seemed to be getting worse by the day. It was really uncomfortable and getting in the way of my regular activities, like driving. Sure enough he fixed me up! I was relieved from his treatment and highly recommend him. This guy knows how to do it! Most chiropractors are not able to put a neck into alignment, but Sam is able to quickly get complete alignment throughout the body. I am VERY impressed, and I have had a lot of experience with mediocre and down right lousy chiropractors. This is my new place and could be yours!

Dr. Sam is awesome and he provides top notch service! I was injured in the military and had severe lower back issues for many years and thought that the pain was something I would have to continue to live with. After meeting with Dr. Sam and discussing my problems, he was able to find a solution to help alleviate the pain and get things turned around in only a few short months. I have been being treated by Sam for almost a year now and for good reason. Not only is he inexpensive compared to his competitors, but he is great at what he does. Not only has kept me in good condition, but when flare ups occur (as they do when you are suck in front of a computer all day) he takes the extra steps needed to help me be discomfort free. Like others, I originally came to Sam because of the Unilocal reviews. I started a little over a year ago because I had chronic migraines and I’ve been coming ever since. Thanks to Sam’s adjustments, I’m migraine free and have been for several months. Sam is easy to work with because he’s extremely kind and genuine; he sincerely wants to help his clients feel better. Try it out and see how much better you feel even after the first adjustment… It’s like magic!

Came here based on the reviews… And all I can say is wow great service. I was very comfortable, for I had a fear of someone touching me and cracking my painful aches and pains.
Very clean and nice facility. Returning customers/​patients were coming in the entire time I was there. I didn’t wait long at all and I wasn’t hassled with memberships or bullshit that I didn’t need.
Very knowledgable Chiro with great bed side manners which many physicians, or specialist lack now a days.
I’m going back Friday for a follow up. I should be good for a while. But I will return in a couple of months for maintenance and I’ll be bringing my five year old to get realigned.

Dr. Sam is an amazing chiropractor! He gets you in, does your adjustment, and gets you out. No frills, no long waits, no hassle! I have horrible back problems due to work and Dr. Sam has been vital in helping me ease the pain and discomfort.
He let me know up front that he does adjustments only. No roller beds, no machines, no whatever other things people try to use these days! I couldn’t have been happier!
If you’re in need of an actual chiropractor with actual skills, go see Dr. Sam! No appt needed! If you’re back is as bad as mine, do yourself a favor and get on the monthly plan. More visits for less cost!

I referred this place to my husband for back issues based on location and reviews. Sam does not disappoint. There was no wait. He’s very informative and knowledgeable in what he does. Sam is super cool and honest. My husbands back is doing MUCH better and he will be going to Sam on a regular basis now for preventative maintenance.

I’ve been having back pain for years. I finally decided to try a chiropractor out.
It was a great experience! Sam was very informative and helpful with making sure I knew the cause of my back pain.
He did the adjustments and it made a big difference. This was only my first treatment. I’m coming back in a few days to do another along with icing/​stretching before then.
I highly recommend Sam to anyone and everyone.

I had issues with my shoulder due to my desk job. Dr. Ruiz educated me with why it was hurting. I had a few adjustments and after each one, I feel much better.
He doesn’t take insurance, however, he has very affordable plans.
Overall, he’s a great Chiropractor. He’s a very nice guy and he is very personable. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I am a bargain hunter and strongly believe in you get what you pay for. But Sam the Chiropractor is way more than a bargain for the benefits you reap! He is very helpful and caring. Being approachable with questions and concerns is definitely the icing on the cake! You’re treated and respected as an individual, not just another paying customer who he robotically adjusts like every other person who walks in that office. I’m going on my last trimester of pregnancy, and Sam has been my healing hands to help me through the physical struggles of migraines, aching back and shoulders, and weird random pains that come and go.

This is my first time going to a chiropractor and Sam made me feel welcome and save to ask questions. He was very informative and explained the whole process.
I choose to come here based on the other Unilocal reviews and it was a good choice. He charges $ 39 for the first visit and additional visits are affordable.
I have had lower back pain for a long time and done other stuff to help it, ie Acupressure, working out, yoga, massage. Those help but don’t full solve the problem.
Looking forward to having a painless back :)

I work in construction and have worked out most of my life, but have never been adjusted by a chiropractor before. Most of the time I’d just try to rest, or soak in a Epsom salt bath, or get a massage. Over the past few months, however my go to pain relievers have not been doing the trick. Why not visit this Sam guy, see what happens. He found the pain spots and was able to unlock the tight areas. Best feeling ever! Thing is though, in my situation it took a few visits to become pain free completely. He has payment/​visit options and will work with you.
I’d highly recommend Sam to anyone with a twinge of pain that has been plaguing them. He does not go through the insurance company, but his prices are fair, and like I said he will work with you.
