WORST PLACE EVER! They have messed up my son’s pictures twice and I had to do all the leg work to fix it both times. And a mistake, takes another THREE WEEKS to fix even if you go into the office and pick up the photos. I can imagine how much longer if you wait for them to mail it to you. Then my daugther starts school and they messed up her package too. Blame me, some shit about I marked the wrong box. But when I ask for an email or faxof my order form… nothing ever comes. Rhonda will promise you the world, then not remember or have any notes in regards to «that conversation». I plan to talk with the principal and superintendent about this shitty company. These photos are important to preserve moments in your children’s lives. The district should only work with a company that understand that, since we pay for a service that this company can’t professional provide! BONITA SCHOOL DISTRICT WAKE UP!

Adams Photography has an amazing yearbook staff and they create a gorgeous, full color book that you will be thrilled to share with your students, families, and staff.
The team at Adams is small but mighty! They walk you through every step of the process. Emails are sent with deadline reminders, tips and tricks, and opportunities to win contests and prizes. The team offers workshops at their facility. They help with set-​up, design, tools, tips and tricks, and every other part of the process.
The online tool that Adams provides is user friendly, powerful, and extremely helpful when it comes to set-​up and construction of the book. It has some excellent templates that guide you through page design. Then there are fun add-​ons, a myriad of fonts, and cute clip art to add those finishing touches.
All in all, LOVE WORKING WITH ADAMS PHOTOGRAPHY on our elementary school yearbook!

Our school has been working with School Portraits for years now! We keep coming back, not just for the quality of merchandise, but the customer service as well! This team is AMAZING to say the least. They are always so helpful and can be reached at any time. Our school is located very far from them (Inglewood) and they still accommodate us as if we were right around the corner from them.

We have used School Portraits for the last few years and absolutely love them! This year was the first year we ever did a yearbook, and it was amazing! The yearbook not only looked amazing, but Amber and Mandy were extremely helpful with putting it together and making any changes we wanted. Thank you! We are definitely using school portraits again this year for all of our photo needs.

Our yearbook was put together at the very last minute after an advisor left. We literally had just a matter of days to meet a deadline before our yearbook would have had to have been cancelled. Mandy was phenomenal to work with, she was quick to reply to my e-​mails and calls. We turned out what was in my opinion one of the best looking yearbooks ever! Thank you Adams photography. I give you five stars because I can’t give you ten!

Am so annoyed with this photography place. They took the pictures for my daughter’s school. They were her first school pictures and they didn’t make it smooth. The day they handed out the pictures in her classroom my daughter’s pictures were missing and so were about 10 other kids. The teacher said she would call them and tell them to bring them and they would call me for pick up at the office. Two days later when I picked up my daughter from school the teacher said that the photography place told her they didn’t have an order form for my daughter. She said she would give me their phone number so that I can call and see about that. As soon as I got home I looked up the check number and they cashed it the day after they took the pictures. I don’t understand how they didn’t have an order form for my daughter’s pictures but they did cash the check? I called them on a Friday and they still have the nerve to tell me there was no order form. Once I told them how funny that they cashed the check but they didn’t have an order form Ally said let me do some research and call you back. She called me within 5 minutes and said they must have missed it. I feel bad for the parents that paid cash because now they have no proof of purchasing pictures from this place. They’re thiefs. When they «found» my daughter’s order form they said I can pick up the pictures Monday. Come Monday my husband picked up the pictures and I notice the classroom picture is missing. I called to let them know and this Ally girl is very nonchalant and tells me I can pick up the following day. As I keep going through the pictures I noticed my daughter’s name was not on all of the pictures which we paid extra to have done. So I called once again and asked to speak to a manager and they transferred me to Rhonda. For being a manager she had no care in the world and as I was telling her my issues with the pictures she said well I told your husband to check the pictures before leaving to make sure everything was fine. First of all what’s the point of having packages if they’re not going to follow what each package contains? Am so unhappy with this place we had to drive to their studio twice for something so easy if they would have been paying attention to their job. I do not recommend this place. I will let the school know about this.

There was a misunderstanding with my sons’ (I have 3 sons) class portraits. I called the office and my issue was resolved in seconds by Rhonda (office manager). Rhonda was very pleasant, knowledgable and speedy! She had all my sons’ school information right away and got all THREE orders so fast.
Lastly, the follow up was amazing. Before my conversation was done, Rhonda has emailed me a confirmation email.
Now that’s the kind of service one loves and appreciate. keep up the good work!

These people got my order wrong back in November. I spoke with a nice lady on the phone & she said I would recieve the correct photos shortly after Thanksgiving. This was totally fine with me. One week after Thanksgiving there are still no photos. I called back and spoke with the nice lady. She said they had just printed a bunch of orders out and were on their way. Three more phone calls later I get the same thing OVER and OVER. «They were just sent out». Here it is now December 18^th & I still have no photos. As great as the customer service skills are of the woman I’ve spoken with, it is completely meaningless when she is simply espousing lies! I cannot believe the complete lack of competence & moral integrity of Adams Photography. If my daughter’s school uses them again next year, I’ll pass. They are way overpriced for the mediocre quality of their output.

Terrible service!
I strongly advise all school admins and parents take your precious moments from another. Never hire such a network again.
Been close to two months and received nothing (when promised two weeks from an initial reorder). Someone there told me my package was ready to ship over two weeks ago and I still haven’t seen it; and I live close by their studio/​office.

Just got my son’s school pictures. I don’t know what kind of armatures work for this company but I will definitely talk to the teacher and the principal about never hiring this company for my son’s class.
In the class photo not a single student looks good or focused on the camera. Do they know that a part of being a children’s photographer is knowing how to work with the audience? Anyone could have taken a better picture.
We had pictures taken many times before with different studios but this was the first time with the Kindergarten class. I didn’t know it is possible to take such horrible pictures a call yourself a professional photographers.
I have no idea why Adams Photography was hired for this job. But I will definitely investigate.
Avoid!

My child’s school used to use Lifetouch, which although generic, has a really great, intuitive and easy to use website for ordering portraits, and they let you customize backgrounds and always turn out really great quality prints.
This company, on the other hand, is abysmal.
My child’s school moved to this company last year and I was disappointed then and am disappointed now seeing them back for pictures again. Their website is a nightmare, ALWAYS down. You’d think that during school photo time they’d make sure they aren’t running a site with a million errors and non-​navigable pages on it.
The portraits I received last year were blurry, pixelated, and such a disappointment.
I’ve spoken to the school about this and they said they had spoken to the company regarding those «quality issues» so obviously this was not just my experience.
I am hoping and praying they ditch this company by Spring. I used to work in a commercial photography studio many years ago and I know it’s not that hard to turn out a good product for your customers. This isn’t fine art photography, you’re not shooting demanding editorials, these are school kids sitting on a stool and you’re doing the bare minimum. All you need to work on is getting it in focus, and printing it in focus and even that is apparently difficult.
Could not be more disappointed. if you’re a principal or fundraising chair looking for a new school portrait company, keep looking.
I would literally drive my kid to any other portrait studio to avoid this one.

They have terrible customer service.
On 9÷4÷12, they came to my daughter’s school to take pictures. I ordered package B and paid for them by check. The check cleared 6 days later. But I received a notice about 3 weeks after that asking if we wanted to order pictures since they did not receive an order the first time.
After numerous calls to attempt to find out where my daughters pictures are, they just keep saying they are coming and hopefully they are coming with the make-​up pictures.
Trying to speak to Rhonda Buhagiar, the office manager, to get the matter resolved was useless. She cut me off and didn’t allow me an opportunity to explain my concerns or ask any questions regarding the pictures. She just hurried me off the phone and said she would call be back once she gathered more information.
After nearly two months of waiting and payment already rendered, I have yet to receive my daughter’s school portraits. This company is so un-​professional and are not in the business of customer service. I hope PUSD does NOT use this company again because I will not be ordering from them or giving my business to them.
