So I’ve been seeing a lot of ads on cool sculpting; billboards, movie theaters, radio, etc. and at first I didn’t want to believe it. But after working out and eating pretty clean for a good year I still had a layer of fat on my thighs I just could not get rid off!!! I would just tell myself it’s a Mexican thing to have fat thighs but that area was unnecessary! I was pretty self-​conscious. So one morning I decided to give them a call. My consultation went well and it definitely hyped me up some more. I decided to get it done right there and then, besides there’s no down time and it only took me about an hour. The procedure was painless and I was able to go straight to work. Later that day I felt little sharp pains but to me, it was a sigh that the treatment was working its magic. I started seeing results after a couple weeks, but after a month I have continued to see a lot more results. Can’t wait for the end results ;)

I went into SoCal Body Institute to treat my acne and scaring on my face. I didn’t think there would be any curing my face since I tried just about every face wash and acne medication. After just one treatment I saw an improvement in my scaring and pigmentation. It took me a few more treatments because my scars were so bad but after my last treatment my skin looks completely clear with no scars or pigmentation. My whole attitude and confidence has changed since going in. I now am able to do modeling and feel much more confident when people are looking at my face. It took me only 5 months to see a dramatic change that I was hoping to get from medication including pro active for the past 5 years. I would recommend this to anyone and have since it helped change my life.

I highly Recommend So Cal Institute!!! I recently had my chin coolsculpting done. I been waiting for the mini to come out for about a year. I so glad I had it done. I was a little nervous that it was going to hurt, I can’t believe it was not painful at all. I did the procedure on a Thursday afternoon and went to work on Friday with no bruising or swelling. I can’t wait to see the full results in 12 weeks. Crystal and Tanielle did amazing job answering any of my questions and concerns. Crystal and Tanielle gave me the best experience and can’t wait to go back to do other procedures. If your thinking about it do it you won’t regret it.

I highly recommend this place ! I had the pico sure laser treatment for pigmentation and my skin looks really nice and smooth. I also had lip enhancement and Crystal has a great touch she made my lips look so natural. Very happy. Also the staff is very nice and the place is very clean which matters a lot to me!

I chose to come to this place for cool sculpting. I paid 3200 $ for NO CHANGE. Do not waste your money on this. Not only did they say it wouldn’t hurt at all on the first appointment, when I started to do the actual treatment they slipped right before turning on the machines it would just hurt a little. pain wouldn’t stop for about 20 min. And I’m talking sweating crying pain.
After 3 – 4 months when my final date was about finished I had not even seen a MAJOR difference. I asked for AGGRESSIVE transformation. I only lost 5 – 7 lbs. I mean are you serious I should’ve never gave these ladies my 3200. And why am I writing this review? They told me to come in for final pictures and obviously I didn’t show up. They never called to ask why nor email me because they PROBABLY KNEW THE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES WERE GOING TO BE NOT REALLY A DIFFERENCE. So lastly,
Thank you girls for REALLY CARING and taking my hard earned money to your advantage. When I told them I hadn’t seen a difference, they even told me «one more treatment would do it»

Today was my first consultation and after a long conversation with Crystal (dermatologist) I decided to remove the tattoos from my back.
Crystal was very confident and she answered all my questions with a happy smile.
I was really concern about how my skin will look after I make the Lazer removal on my tattoos but she made me feel very calm and secure to finally remove this horrible old tattoos.
Today was my first session and she told me I will star to see differences after the second session.
When I finish all my treatment I will update my review and post some pictures.

I have been considering tattoo removal, cool sculpting and other preventative aging treatments but everytime i went in for a consult i was either turned off by the pushy sales person or overpricing for less work. That is until I found So Cal Body sculpting. The atmosphere was very comfortable and exciting thanks to the professionalism I received from Tanielle and Crystal when i first came in for a consultation. They were both very honest and knowledgeable about what would work best for me. I went into SoCal body institute to coolsculpt my love handles and stomach. The process was easy. A consultation, then procedure right after. They have Netflix, snacks, robes and brand new slippers you can take home! The machines was placed on for one hour, no pain just a little «tug» and you’re done! Crystal and Tanielle really love what they do and it shows. It’s a true one on one experience. I never felt like just another client. Their prices are so great I was actually able to coolsculpt all of my problem areas and get an acne removal session with the Picosure laser! I researched other places and they were twice as expensive! Great Prices and Awesome service.

So I have been contemplating for some time now whether or not I should get Juvederm lip injections. I would say I had average sized lips, but with all this Kylie Jenner hype, I wanted just a little something extra to give me that full sexy lip. After researching for a while, I decided to go with SoCal Body Institute because I had seen all of their wonderful reviews on Unilocal.I am extremely happy with my decision! Tanielle and Crystal are completely professional and very easy to talk to. They made sure that i was comfortable through the entire procedure. Coolsculpting had been something I have been wanting to do for the last year or so. I was looking for a place that I know would provide excellent service and make me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.
I went in for a consultation last week and was greeted by Tanielle. She escorted me to the consultation room where I met Crystal, the Physician Assistant who performs the procedure. Both ladies were very professional and knowledgable about what the best options were for me. I ended up getting 4 areas coolsculpted. Crystal marked the areas that needed to be done and then I was off to the treatment room.
As I entered the treatment room I was explained in great detail what was going to happen and what I would feel. This was very comforting. I saw multiple machines in the room so I was able to get 2 places coolsculpted at one time which I thought was great. This decreased the amount of time for the whole procedure. Once the procedure started I was left with snacks and water to enjoy. A flat screen TV in front of me was turned on with Netflix to watch. This helped pass the time and kept me entertained. A call light was left so if I needed anything I could just push a button.
All in all my experience at So Cal Body Institute couldn’t be any better. I’m looking forward to a new me! Thanks Crystal and Tanille

I’m so happy I decided on SoCal Body Institute for Coolsculpting (I treated both my inner and outer thighs). I am now at day 10 and have experienced no pain, slight tingling and only minimal bruising. Crystal and Tanielle are amazing. They are professional, courteous and most importantly… knowledgeable about the procedure. They provided a comfortable setting with Netflix, snacks and privacy. Cost was also surprisingly low. Definitely a WIN WIN.

I heard of SoCal Body Institute a while ago, when I was looking into possibly Coolsculpting. But since they are in Chino, and I’m in Orange County, I never pulled the trigger. I mean, Chino; it’s in the IE. Seriously; yo, I don’t even stop for snacks or gas in the IE on my way to Vegas. But, that doesn’t stop me from trolling their FB page every so often. Which is a good thing, as I see they recently obtained the PicoSure laser thing-​a-​majigger. Now, I have no idea how lasers work; except to blast pesky rebels out of the sky whenever they threaten the all mighty Death Star, but that’s better left for another day and another review.
I have a small, 18+ year-​old tattoo. Nothing big, just an abstract Jesus thing on my upper arm. I considered a cover up sleeve owl motif for the last few years, but haven’t gotten the chips together to do it. I mean, the chips are there, but I always end up using them to feed my kids, wife and self; or like pay the electricity bill or buy soap to wash my crack, but that’s better left for another time and another review. Point is, I don’t know exactly what I want to do, but I do know I don’t want to have this tattoo. I also don’t want my kids coming at me bro in the next few years with regrettable tramp stamps and saying its okay cause I had one. Um, a tattoo, not a tramp stamp. I don’t have a tramp stamp. Wait, I don’t think I do. I’m kinda fat, so honestly, I haven’t really seen my tramp area in a while, but last I knew, there was no stamp on my tramp.
Going on, I was going to be in Long Beach at the beginning of April, so I decided to completely throw the day away and drive to Chino. I scheduled an appointment with SoCal Body Institute to see this laser removal witchery. The building and hallway are a bit unassuming, but then I opened the door to their clinic, I must say I was somewhat blown away. Its like an oasis of décor in a desert of; well, of the IE. I was greeted by Tanielle at the front desk, and made to feel very comfortable and as «at home» as one could be when they are in a medical office. Seriously, just from walking in the door, I felt like this was a top-​notch, professional practice; comfortable seats to lounge in, snacks on the shelf, television on the wall and magazines on the table. It’s practically my living room, without orange juice/​sweet tea stains on the carpet. After a short wait and some paperwork, Tanielle called me up, and I met with the staff Physician’s Assistant, Crystal. She has great bedside-​manner. I went to the back to have photographs done. I assume most places just take a picture of you and your offending blemish in the room, but this place has a picture room. I’m thinking this office goes above and beyond in not just presenting, but embodying, a professional atmosphere.
Crystal prepped my arm with a numbing agent and satisfactorily explained the procedure in detail. She propped my arm up and began the lasering. Here is where I should mention the procedure hurts. Not like having a baby or hemorrhoids (both of which I have not experienced, FYI), but there is actual pain involved. This procedure is not painless; although I admit I have a low threshold for pain and am a bit of a big baby. BUT, if you’re walking around with a tattoo that you regret getting, or you have outgrown, or was the result of losing a drunkenly foolish bet; if you want to have a new start at life in whatever form does not include your having a tattoo, then the pain is completely and totally bearable and worth it. I would describe it as being flicked with a rubber band on a sunburn. In fact, now that I had my first treatment, I think the next one will not include a pre-​procedure numbing agent. My tattoo is small, so the total procedure did not take very long. In fact they were able to get me in and out in a relatively short amount of time, which is appreciated, since traffic on the way to Orange County on the 91 is usually a hassle. I don’t have fast track and don’t like toll roads. Ever seen the Hills Have Eyes? Go watch it, then take an empty toll road and see how you feel.
Long story — short, I’m very happy I put off doing anything with my tattoo until now. The ladies of SoCal Body Institute are professional, accommodating and just as important, very not hard to look at. I believe the prices are competitive and, an added bonus, if I am not mistaking, they offer Care Credit or something.
Tanielle and Crystal not only provide a necessary service, but seem to personify the values of the services they provide. I can’t wait to continue my journey towards becoming tattoo free on my follow-​ups. Thank you ladies for being there and providing a clean, professional, and proficient environment in medical health spa. I finally have a reason to enjoy a drive to the IE.

The So CaI Body Institute is an outstanding place to assist you in your journey to a new and improved you. I have run marathons, spinning, yoga, cross fit, and Pilates. I also eat healthy food daily, and will maybe only splurge on a Pizza or some other junk food twice a month. Even with that, I still have fatty pockets that won’t go away, and I felt like I was living my life at the gym. So, I decided to find a ‘noninvasive’ procedure to help eliminate some of my fat, and was verified to have reliable results. I started researching my options. I am a research Guru, so before I try any procedure I am going to research it to the point of exhaustion
Once I finished my research I knew that Cool Sculpting was a perfect procedure for me. I called about 25 Cool Sculpting offices in the O. C, L.A. and Inland Empire Area, and finally decided on So Cal Body Institute. I chose them for a few reasons;

2. They have more machines so I can have multiple procedures at the same time
3. (This is what really sold me) They have a fantastic «aftercare» program
I made my appointment and went in last week to have my first of many Cool Sculpting sessions. I had my upper and mid back fat rolls Cool sculpted away, along with my inner and outer thighs. I already knew what to expect from reading other sites like RealSelf. So I was prepared for the uncomfortableness of the healing process. Well to my surprise I have had almost none of the after effects I was prepared for because I took the aftercare advice and wore a compression garment. I have read numerous articles on the pros & cons of compression garments after Zeltiq Cool sculpting and I am here to tell you it’s ALL pro’s in my book.
Tanielle & Crystal are exceptional esthetic practitioners. They each have tested the Cool Sculpting process on themselves along with researching which aftercare compression garments has yielded the best results with their patients. Their results have been outstanding and I believe my results will be outstanding as well because of the time and effort they took with my procedures and aftercare.
