The Care Shop

The care shop really takes care of my car problems. They service it like new. I feel good that my daughter is driving a safe car that had excellent service done for some major repairs. You guys are great!

I can’t say enough about The Care Shop, Mark is so nice and honest. I have several cars from a Mini Cooper S to a QX56 and every time I bring them in I get great service at a great price. I thought my Mini needed brakes and air conditioning repair turns out two wires had been worn by movement of the motor. He fixed the wires and charged me an appropriate amount for the repair. Mini would have charged me $ 2400 to fix all and replaced parts I did not need. I you need a repair shop this is the place.

The care shop is incredible! We have used them for awhile now, but today was above and beyond their incredible service. Not only were they able to squeeze in my vehicle without an appointment, they rushed it and delivered it back to me when something came up and I had to leave. They are kind, courteous, honest and do wonderful work. I can’t recommend them enough!

I needed a basic smog check. I searched around the area and found this to be the best value. The service here is really nice. Mark helped check me in and the whole process took less than 30 minutes. The restrooms and waiting area were clean. Quick and painless, they got me passed.

This place did a great job on my old truck. The recommended services were done at a reasonable price and the truck was done when promised. They pickup the phone when you call and have excellent customer service.

Rose and Mark genuinely care about their clients. I haven’t seen them in a while since we got new cars. But just a few years ago when we were driving our OLD Mercedes they came through with honest, quality service every time. I trust them with anything related to my autos. Now that we are in the market for a hauling pick up I remembered how great they treated me all those times and I’m taking it in for a pre purchase inspection.

Love this place. The owner, Mark, is super nice and remembers me every time I call. They have always taken great care of my car and are always honest with their work. I’m super picky about where I take my car since I am a woman and an engineer and very knowledgeable about cars, so when I came to this place they never treated me like I was a naïve woman. I have had many experiences with other car shops where they talked down to me and I just take my business elsewhere.
I recently just moved back to the Santa Clarita Valley and could not for the life of me find a decent auto shop. I now drive all the way out to the IE just to get my car taken care of at this place because they are worth it.

Traveling back to AZ I hit a curb and broke my steering box on my f250 to dangerous to keep going they took the truck inside the shop figured out what was needed next day ready to go! Start here for your auto needs.

Very nice and courteous workers. Came in for oil change and I will be bringing my other car for tune up. The have cold bottle water and variety of coffee flavored, kids coloring books and movies or tv to watch while waiting. Never been to a mechanic shop this clean and I hate bringing my kids (5) anywhere where I think I’ll be stranded for a while, but I think they would be entertained better here than anywhere else. There is also a big park across the street.

This place is just wonderful! Their prices are decent and the people are super nice and get right down to business. I loved that they offer cold water bottles! Yes, water bottles. Not just a water dispenser. They also offered hot cocoa, coffee, and tea while you wait. Even a pillow mint. Haha. I also loved how quick the job was. I was in and out in 45 MINS for my oil change, which included a brake check and them taking off my tires, putting them back and filling them. Awesome service for a great price. :)

Such a clean environment, very trustworthy, owner is very nice and professional. I am a customer for life.

I dropped in here for an oil change. I was told that it’d take about 15 – 20 minute wait to get my car back in the shop. When I asked how long the oil change itself would take I was told an hour. Since when does an oil change take an hour to perform? I clarified to make sure she wasn’t talking about the wait time as well… And no. She told me it took so long because «it takes them a long time to drain the oil because there’s a lot of oil in a car». I may be woman, but I’m not stupid. This isn’t my first time getting an oil change in my car, and I’m well aware of how long the average time it takes to complete one. If you are busy, then tell me you’re busy. Don’t tell me it takes a long time to drain oil from a car, because that is a blatant lie.

I’ve been working in Chino for about 7 years for an IT company, which has a few fleet cars for our onsite appointments. We usually take our cars to Jiffy Lube or Big O Tires nearby for regular maintenance. After several bad experiences it was time to find a new shop. Just 1 block away was The Care Shop.
I called them up and was greeted nicely. I arrived to a very clean facility, with a nice waiting area. Mark helped me out and let me know cost before hand. I came in for an oil change and had them check my brakes.
Car was brought in at around Noon, and was finished by 4PM. Given time for lunch, this was a quick turn around time for quality service. My invoice was neatly printed, nothing hand written. My car runs smoother and my brakes feel a lot firmer.
Communication is key for any business, and The Care Shop does not disappoint. I was notified of cost, and when the car was ready by Mark himself. Not once did I have to call to see what was going on with the car.
Highly recommended shop. We will definitely be bringing in all our cars for future service.

I tried calling many times this morning between 7:30 — 8:00. As a potential new customer it doesn’t make a good impression when you can’t get in touch with the business to get your questions answered.

This place has definitely gained me as a customer. They were friendly and honest. I usually go to the dealership for oil changes but this time I was pressed for time and was overdue for a service. The owners, I believe, were very nice and welcoming.
I had a 3pm appointment on a Friday. They were on time and finished in about an hour. They have a waiting area with tv, magazines, and complimentary water or coffee. The place was very neat and tidy which I liked.

Nice staff with a professional appearance and plenty of amenities. Free drinks while you wait? Yes sir!

This is the place that I would highly recommend if you ever needed smog test and care maintenance. Friendly staff, relax atmosphere with free coffee and bottled drinking water, will be coming back for sure on my next care maintenance.

The shop is very clean they provide coffee and cold water customer service is excellent.
