Dr. Grady has been my PCP for several years, and I have only been there a handful of times because I’m generally pretty healthy-ish and I don’t really like going to the doctor all that much, unless it’s for something that has been bothering me for while that I wasn’t able to Google and find a home remedy for. I can only say good things about Dr. Grady(people, please don’t refer to her as «Yolanda» she didn’t go to medical school and complete extensive medical training for people to not call her Doctor) and her knowledgeable PA Jenna. They are great medical providers and as someone who has worked in the medical field for a long time, I can say with confidence that the office overall is great. The front office staff is usually cheerful, polite and efficient. The back office MAs are just as nice and easy to work with as the front. The staff who handles authorizations is great(thanks for the help with my derm referral!) and the billing department has given me no trouble. People who complain about this office clearly haven’t had much experience with other doctors/medical offices because this one is always pleasant and easy to deal with. They are great and I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a primary care physician.

ive been seeing Dr Grady and Jenna for several years! They are the best! I’ve never been to a doctor who will spend so much time with the patient vs rushing in and rushing out! The quality is amazing!!! And the ladies up front and assistants are great! Always friendly and helpful!!!

I’ve always dreaded going to the doctor until I met Dr. Grady. She is amazing. Takes her time with me and really gets to know you. I appreciate her and her staff very much. They go way over and beyond to make you feel good and accommodate you when needed. I referred my best friend to her and she was also very pleased. Thank you again!

Told my girl friend to drive back home when she was 15 minutes late. Nobody was in the office. She is having serious issues that needed to be discussed(I’m a paramedic so believe me when I say serious issues). I’m taking her to the hospital. Yolanda should treat patients that have been coming to her for over 10 years with more respect than that. She also normally makes you wait 15 minutes in the room before she comes anyway.

I had cancer two years ago so I’m a bit paranoid about things that happen to my body. Sometimes Jenna and Dr. Grady take a lot of time because they are both really good. Many of the times, it’s just them asking me questions and answering them. This is the second time I’ve spoken to Karina and had a bad experience. One time months ago when I made an appt, she told me I can’t take very long with them, and make sure I make it quick. That was a bit sad but I got over it and figured I was just being sensitive. Today I called back because I have an urgent issue, which is why I would be willing to drive from Irvine to see her, and they were going to squeeze me in and then when she saw who I was, she said she couldn’t put me in. When I asked why she said there are just patients that take too long and I’m one of them. I told her I found her comment very rude and she just said well we can’t squeeze you in and I’m sorry you feel that way. I loved seeing this office, but Karina just really made me not want to go back again. I understand if this is something they take into account in their own mind but you don’t tell that to a patient. Dr. Grady and Jenna are amazing though.

Very nice staff and always get me in fast. I was having issues and they got me in the next day. I was early for my appoinment and I was in before my appoinment time. I saw the PA Jenna and she is GREAT! Very nice and easy to talk to.

I use this doctor because it’s the one my mom chose since I have her benefits. Customer service is great here and they usually give me a call the day before to remind me of my appointments. Minus one star because at times you’ll have to wait a month for an appointment depending on why you’re going in. If it’s for a regular check up, definitely expect to wait a while. But they did take me in when I called with an urgent matter. They told me they’d have to send me to urgent care instead if they couldn’t take me in. Dr. Grady is a good doctor and easy to talk to about any issues or questions you have. Unlike most doctors who just check in and out, she does seem to be invested in why you’re visiting her. Her office used to have a physicians assistant that I didn’t really like, but I heard she was gone so that makes me feel a little bit more comfortable.
