Rick & Sons Towing and Recovery

Car broke down at 8pm on a Sunday evening. I was 3 hours from home, distressed, and frustrated. Rick & Sons Towing came quickly, and offered professional opinions on the best local repair companies for my car and issue. Tow operator was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. I felt safe the entire time. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could. He even dropped us off somewhere so i could seek shelter. These guys are a must use. I don’t know what I would’ve done without them. The other tow companies were closed and told me they couldn’t tow my jeep, even though I know they could have. HIGHLY RECOMMEND RICK AND SONS!!!

My car broke down about an hour away from the Blacksburg/​Christiansburg area on December 30 and it was already after 6:00pm. Friday night of a holiday weekend and I couldn’t get any local service to pick up the phone. I had someone that would work on my vehicle in Christiansburg if I could just get it there. I managed to reach Scott of Rick and & sons towing. He agreed to come up and get me and bring me back. He was quick, professional and polite. He even offered to take me somewhere if I needed to get something to eat before we got back. For all this service, he changed a rate lower than the normal rate and less than I expected. Because if his assistance, I was able to get my car repaired and still enjoy the holiday. Thank you Scott!
