This is probably the unfriendliest 7 – 11 I have ever been in and I go into a lot because I like their coffee and vanilla cookies. Every time I go in it seems like it is a chore to run the register and I have to wait a lot of times, because no one is behind the counter. Today I had several lottery tickets to be checked and when I asked to check them I was told «That machine over there.» At the time there was no one else in line. So I went and checked my tickets and had 2 small winners. Now I had to go back and give her the winners and then she had to check them as well. What she should have done in the first place. So I definitely do not give this 7 – 11 much hope and will only go in there in the future if I don’t have a choice.

I went in today and ask can I have the special I had 2 big gulps and ask for two big bite the employee who rudely help us was obnoxious and gave us the the small bug bites wasn’t the special when specifically ask for the special this guy doesn’t not know how to give good customer service worst employe ever!

In the continuing saga of my search for a local convenience store that provides a pleasant atmosphere and good customer service, I’m happy to report that the store at 4300 Main in Chula Vista finally has my vote.
While all but one of the cashiers that I interacted with in the past were pleasant, friendly and professional, the one rude one had made it an uncomfortable experience doing business at the store.
Today he was friendly, patient and I actually got credit for my 7 rewards qualifying purchase (unlike the first time I tried to use the app).
If this continues, it’ll go a long ways to cementing the feeling that my new neighborhood might be the best that I’ve lived in for the past 37 years.
Congratulations, young man.

I would give this location a better rating but the new cashier there is RUDE!!! He has GOT TO GO or FIX HIS ATTITUDE. The staff before he arrived were friendly and efficient but now it’s a drag to go in. I may need to drive to another location to get my morning coffee and late night craving. So sad!

My go to spot for drinks and snack before going to work. Very easy freeway and parking access. The parking lot can get tight sometimes but wait a few minutes and it clears out pretty fast. I like the hot dogs and mini tacos. Sometimes have to wait for service for the hot foods while the staff helps the lines. Usually pretty quick so the wait is often not very long.

I usually stop here and get a hot chocolate on my way to work. They have your basic needs. This is pretty close to the 805 so there are alot of construction workers waiting to be picked up for work. They’re pretty cool The cashier is super nice and friendly. She always has a smile and she always remembers me name.
