Avoid this place. I had to ask them to re-​iron two of my blouses because they were so wrinkled. When I went to pick them up, I discovered that they had burned a hole in my expensive blouse. I pointed it out and they said I needed to speak with the owner who would call me. It took a long time to get him on the phone because he is almost never there. When I explained to him what had happened, he lied and said my shirt came in with a hole. He said he had personally seen the hole when it came in. My shirt was like new. First time at the cleaners. He wasn’t even around when they threw my blouse into a bag to clean it. I told him he was lying and he called me a liar. He wanted to let me know he would lie in court. I am going to sue anyway because it is obvious that they put the hole in my blouse.
If you want to deal with people who lack integrity and will lie when they ruin your clothes, take your chances. They are overpriced and underskilled. Your clothes will come out stained, wrinkled and sometimes with holes.
I only awarded a star because it would not post with zero stars!

I’ve only been here a few times, but I like this place. There fast and clean!

This is a great place with excellent service, I come down to SD once every few months. This time I went out with friends and over a drunken night got my dress shirt all dirty and riddled with stains. So in the morning I took it here and by time I needed it at night, they were done! And it was completely cleaned! Great service definately coming back here when I need shirts quickly cleaned.

I’ve been coming to this place for about a year now and I have never had issues with any of there services and or employees. In fact, some are even familiar with me. But yesterday I had an employee help me out that goes by the name of KENIA she had a poor attitude towards me when I asked if I may have my Business shirts in separate bags. I asked if she acknowledged my statement and she respond with an «aah huh!» I asked would it help if we charged the shirts separate so they wouldn’t forget to separate the shirts?! Then, she responded with an even worse attitude and was a bit smart mouthed without foul language and said to me «YEA WE CAN IF YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED 3.50 a shirt. I kept my composure and was in shock And in this belief to her attitude. All the girls there are sweet and kind but if told the wrong things can explode on you! But let’s hope this is not the case. And only for this KENIA. My word of advice to anyone in the customer service industry is «If you can’t handle difficult situations at anytime then don’t do it. Seek employment else where».

I’ve made this place my go to cleaners. If you drop off your clothing my 10 am, they’ll have it for you after 4 pm same day! I don’t always take advantage of that but there have been a few times I’ve needed my clothes same day. Everyone here is really nice and I’ve never had a bad experience or complaint.
They’re really fast too! I’ve never spent more than ten minutes there dropping off or picking up. They have multiple registers so if someone gets there before me, I’ll still be attended. The girls usually attend to me even if they’re doing something else.
I brought in a fedora and (I think he’s the owner) told me exactly what to expect because he knew a specific stain wouldn’t come out and since there was glue he said it would come off but the top is sewn so it wouldn’t be a big deal. It was a good heads up.
Going to bring bf here for the tailor. I’ll let you know how it goes once we do!

I took my White Chargers Jersey here recently.
I called ahead to ask if they do jerseys and they said yes (and that they do a great job haha) and that the price for this item was $ 10.
I dropped off on Friday and picked up Saturday morning. The jersey looked GREAT. Very White!!! I was very satisfied.
Also… if you pay when you drop off it’s a little cheaper than if you pay when you pick up!

Awesome service. I take garments here multiple times each week and I’m always welcomed with excellent service and results. I’ve never lost a garment and I’ve never had a complaint. Great prices, great customer service, and quick.

Love the work they do here, no complaints! Trust this place with your garments. Burn’s can eat and STD infested ass. A&P is where you want to go.
