Alex Lopez Electric

I have three bathroom ventilation fans that needed to be installed within a short notice. I asked my usual electrician but he was booked for two weeks. I posted my bid on
and that’s where Alex Lopez Electric came highly recommended. I had only a few days to get this done due to guests arriving and Alex said he can come the next day at 8am. The best part, he was the cheapest of everyone.
Alex and Tula showed up right on time. They explained what they were going to do and was already familiar with the ventilation duct sizes of my house. The downstairs bathroom is just a ventilation fan, so that was straight forward. The upstairs bathroom had heat lamps with the ventilation fan within the duct. I knew the upstairs bathrooms would require some cutting and someone crawling into the attic.
Alex and Tula took about an hour and half to do the job. They walked me through the work they did and features of one of the ventilation fans (humidity sensor). They cleaned up after themselves as if they were never in my house. And that’s after some drywall cutting!
Thank you Alex and Tula for an awesome job! You were very courteous, informative and professional from start to finish.
Side note: I had already gotten quotes to get 4 ceiling fans installed in every room. Alex gave me a quote which was lower than the others. Looks like Alex will be installing my ceiling fans as soon as my wife picks them out.

I am a contractor that uses Alex and Tula all the time. Price is always fair, they are fast and pretty clean. My customers always like them.
Please use Alex, but don’t make him too busy when I need him for my jobs. :)
