This company is a complete joke, Israel the «manager» has absolutely zero courtesy when it comes to dealing with customers. I hope the owner is aware that he has such a rude employee with absolutely no class and common sense running his business when he is not around. Avoid this place at all costs, unless you like dealing with incompetent employees.
Asked for the owners number and email and they gave me the run around and some fake email address to try and reach him. Better yet they even said they would «relay the message» haha yeah right, like you are really going to tell your boss you are worthless.

Check with Art and his crew if you have high electric bills and save you hundreds of dollars a month by installing a variable speed pool pump they’ve helped many of my customers.

Called numerous times trying to find a part for a whirlpool. Woman that answered the phone each time could not possibly have sounded more bored or disinterested with my inquiries concerning the part I needed. Was asked to leave a number each time for a call back as she said she did not know the inventory and the guy I needed was on a service call, out to lunch, with a customer, etc. Did so each time but never got a call back. 5^th phone call was told the person I needed to speak to was again with a customer so I asked to hold instead of waiting for someone to return my call. On hold almost 20 minutes. When I finally spoke with the person that knew the inventory he said he needed more information. Rather than go through all that hassle trying to get him on the phone again just found another supplier and bought it from Clearwater Pool and Spa. They called me back in a timely manner and called back two additional times to get more information. Use them.

Got a jacuzzi cover here great price and very nice cover, they even sent someone over to measure my tub to make sure it would fit correctly. My only issue was that I had to call a couple of times to get an order form faxed and they did not give me a call when the cover was ready.

Excellent customer service, very personal and professional. Seems like a family-​run company, reasonable prices, including delivery charges.
I needed a cover for my spa. They explained all the options, showed me samples, and the prices. There was no pressure, and they even told me to double check my dimensions and get back to them. It arrived on time, was delivered to my house for a resaonable charge, and I have no complaints.
