Came in for dinner at 9:15pm and I was told they have no server available. Then the front desk said that they are close. According to the info they have on-line they are open from 11am-10pm. The personnel in this restaurant has no sense of good customer service and understanding of their business hours. Won’t be coming back.

Slightly disappointed in the customer service. Ordered food to go ahead of time, waited around for an additional 15 minutes even though my food was already ready but no one bothered to check. Even when the hostesses did she wasn’t even sure that was my order. 15 mins might not seem like a long time to most folks but it is when you place an order at 4:15 and don’t get serviced until 4:50.

Family went for lunch. All of our meals were good. Large portions. We had leftovers. Service was good also. We will return and explore the menu again.

We had a miso ramen and it was delicious. Sushi is mediocre. Everything we ordered was covered with eel sweet sauce, mayo and cream cheese that you dont taste the main ingredients. The place smells of old carpet, added reason to lose your appetite. The reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because of Joey the waiter. He’s very pleasant.

This place was a nice change to the everyday restaurants in the area that are American or Mexican. Then there is this place. The Ramen was great. Not awesome drinks but the staff certainly do try to keep you happy. I Recommend this place.

Ordered the Spicy Original Ramen. It was a lot better than expected considering I’ve lived in this area all my life and none of my friends have tried the ramen here. I didn’t like how they gave me my check after being here for 10 minutes followed by politely saying«take your time.» If it was lunch rush then I wouldn’t mind, but in this case there are plenty of open tables.

Came here on a late Sunday for udon noodles, it was quite pricey but then I realized it was because of the large portions and it was really good!

Great Sushi. I do not want to give away my secret but we always sit at the bar with Tom and Tak. Really nice guys who ensure the food comes out pretty darn fast. The beer is always cold and the prices are very reasonable. Lots of room inside and usually if you do decide to wait for a table it’s no more than 10 minutes but, I will tell you that 10 minutes is worth the wait. Great location, great atmosphere and I highly recommend this place. Tom and Tak, thank you for always taking care of us.

I haven’t been to this place for some years now. For some reason we decided to go tonight and now I remember why I haven’t been back to this place. Ordered the seafood ramen that didn’t have any taste. The sushi, tempura and salad was ok. The floor has carpet and it was dirty. Some customers came in with their dog. It was just a dirty place.

I came here Tuesday and late lunch. I ordered ramen and guacamole roll. While waiting for our food, I noticed an ad on the table about a «Five Star» card membership. I told the Randy, our server that I want to join and filled out an application. Randy was very nice and explained everything to me about the Five Star. When our food was served, it looks so good. The tonkatsu ramen noodle soup was really good compared to the noodle soup I had at other restaurants. I just earned 34 points on my five star card.

I found a bug in my water. The waiter had us wait for around 15 minutes before she could«help us». She ends up saying that they can’t really do much. I left on the spot. Terrible experience, my appetite was ruined.

My family and I come to this bento quite often. Bento boxes are a good deal and rolls are also pretty good. I often get the chicken katsu, yaki soba and crunchy shrimp roll. I love the salad dressing they use too. My husband and I want to buy a gallon of it to take home haha. Service for the most part is good. Friendly, but we’ve had a couple times where our food came before our drinks. It’s all good tho. A bonus is that on Tuesday and Wednesday’s kids eat free. My daughter is 4 and more picks at her food then anything. So that’s a plus. She’s also obsessed with miso soup at the moment and always asks to go to «the soup place» lol.

Poor customer service! They don’t value their customers. Contrary to the attitude given, you are not doing people a favor by feeding them. The customer is doing your restaurant a favor by choosing to eat your food & give you their busine$$. As a firm beliver in «we all vote with our dollar$» I will not be back. PS. Had I read your other reviews of poor service, I wouldn’t have tried your restaurant to begin with. Seems to be a common trend here. Customer Warning: come here for terrible service for food that you can get any Japanese cuisine restaurant.

Customer service Is so TERRIBLE. Waited 20 mins before anyone ask me if I need anything. There’s 5 other waiters whose wants doing anything but look at me or walk by me. I guess the table I was in wasn’t their assign table that’s why they won’t assist me. Rude MuddaF0ck3rs

We came here to satisfy our craving of vegetable tempura– and because the kids eat free on Tuesdays. My husband ordered the veggie noodle plate that comes with rice, miso soup, and salad. I ordered the udon soup with tempura, and my kids had teriyaki chicken. My tempura was ok(I had to ask for the tempura sauce). Some of the veggies were still a little undercooked. Soup was good. My husband’s veggie noodle dish was good– but he wasn’t served his miso soup or his salad. The waiter brought the soup when we asked and didn’t see him again until we were done eating. He gave us the salad to go. Our bill came with charges for the kids meals. SURPRISE! I asked why we were charged for the kids food and he said the adult meals had to be $ 10 or greater in value. According to him, this information is on the sign in their window!(I checked on my way out, and found this was true but the detail about a minimum $ 10 adult meal is in size 5 pt font– maybe smaller.) Anyway, he removed the charge for one kids meal. The bathrooms need a good cleaning. The sink area was very clean but the toilet stalls were messy and very dirty around and behind the toilets. I’m really not that picky about bathrooms usually.

Been going here for years since 2006. The food is great here. I usually get the 3 item bento combo. I’ve tried just about all of the items you can choose from. My go to items are broiled calamari, broiled fish and teriyaki chicken. The service is quick and works are very friendly. Jennifer has been there for a long time and she seems to know a lot of the customers. I always feel welcomed when I eat there. I high recommend this place if you want good Japanese food or sushi. They now serve Ramen also!

On Tuesdays Kids eat free! Parents in CV must know that because each table had at least one kid dining on the Tuesday night we visited. All I can say is that the food is pretty forgettable. I can’t even remember what sushi rolls my dad and I split. Although the presentation was nice, nothing wowed me and I found myself eating the rolls not so much because they tasted amazing, but because I was hungry and would have felt guilty to waste food. My mom barely touched her beef teriyaki and the portion I sampled was oversauced and way too salty. My son’s(second) meal – chicken nuggets, rice and broccoli was ok. The chicken nuggets are really the breaded pieces used for sweet and sour chicken, just sans sauce. I say it was his second meal because they messed up his order originally so we had to wait for the correct meal to come out. The noodle dish my SIL ordered looked pretty good and the spicy chicken wing appetizer was tasty. Service was cursory. After all that, I am still left feeling«meh».
