What happened to this place?! It went straight to hell. I used to drive from Eastlake and now the whole menu got worse. I asked once for delivery and I was spoken in Chinese before the person hung up on me. Screw you guys. I’ll take my business elsewhere

I just called to inquire about delivery and the guy who answered was rude and hung up! False advertisement and awful customer service.

New owners. NODELIVERY! That was the greatest thing about this place. The food is still good however; the delivery was the reason I was all about this place.

Ok, we pulled in and were a little concerned since there were no real menus and just a lot of pictures on the wall. But in the end extremely pleased with the food and service, great flavor and very friendly service even though their English is limited. Highly recommend!

Ok so the place is under new management. No signs no menu no anything. You can’t choose multiple items on combos. Lo mein is extremely sub par. So is the beef and broccoli. I miss the old owner with his«hello my friend» greeting :/guess I have to find a new Chinese joint.

LOVE this place. The food is made to order with super fresh ingredients, fast and friendly service AND for a $ 2 charge, they deliver! This is exactly what other Chinese food places should strive to be. My husbands favorite is the Seafood Combination, I love the Chicken w/Mushrooms and the Beef w/Broccoli. We all love the Orange Beef. We ordered, they were here in 17 minutes and the food was hot, fresh… fantastic!

great food. cheap prices. got the pork lo mein, pork fried rice, sweet & sour chicken and the kung pao chicken. all good and came with free white rice, all for 31 dollars. will be back again. oh and i like that they give you the chicken in seperate container than the sweet and sour sauce so no soggy meat

I’ll go lenient on the food quality and give it 3 stars but the service gets 1 star so average it out to 2. The food was just okay, but probably the OILIEST Chinese food I’ve ever had. Personally, I don’t need my chicken and broccoli to be GLISTENING with oil. I couldn’t finish it. The real problem was we were in a hotel, had no beverages so we ordered a couple sodas which they forgot. We called them right back to let them know we still needed the sodas(which they charged us for) and also, could you bring some plates? 30 minutes later the delivery guy(who was very nice) showed up with plates — no sodas. «Oh, you ordered sodas?» Yeah. We ordered sodas. The guy was nice enough to run to a vending machine and buy some but since we’d already eaten our meal with tap water it’d didn’t help much. I called them to complain and got their voicemail. Never again.

Well, it’s like this. I’m from the east coast and so is the owner of this restaurant. So this is the Chinese food I grew up with. And it was tasty. On the other hand, my girlfriend spent the next day vomiting. YMMV.

I actually really enjoyed this place last night they delivered to my grandmas house and the portions were large and everything was fresh, overall a great place so much flavor and in my opinion almost as good as panda express and i eat panda express all the time… Def going bak!

Ordered for delivery.(They only deliver within 5 miles and require a 15 dollar minimum for credit, 12 for cash). I was told the food would come in 40 mins. It came in an hour and 15. Prices are okay though. Food quality is meh. Boyfriend ordered chowmein and he received a plate of cabbage. Ordered wontons and they were pure processed meat, not cream cheese. I ordered vegetable lowmein and it was just noodles, no veggies. The hot sauce they gave us was mostly vinegar. Meh. Wouldn’t buy from here again.

I don’t know why people were so harsh with their ratings. This place isn’t the BEST but HEY! Their prices and portions are reasonable, AND they deliver! They always send fliers in the mail and I was determined to try them out. The man I spoke to on the phone seemed like he was rushing to get me off the phone. I was kind of nervous he was going to get my order wrong, or worse, not listen to the directions I was giving him.(My street is kind of hidden so I was trying not to get them lost). He assured me they wouldn’t get lost, but then hung up the phone and I had to call them BACK to tell him I wanted to use a credit card for my order. They were a little late(expected since my place is hard to get to and they didn’t seem to listen to my instructions)… But the little lady who delivered my food added a star to this rating. She was super nice, and super bubbly. She apologized for not being able to find my place and offered to discount my order for being late. When I took my food in and opened the containers, that’s when we earned the next star. Descent portions for the price, and the food wasn’t that bad either. One gripe, probably won’t order the fried wontons again, but I LOVED the house lo mein. All in all, I will definitely call them again. They have a large menu so I will be happy to explore it further :)

I’m not sure what the other posters are talking about. This place was the best experience i’ve had eating in quite a while. The service was wonderful, everyone was helpful and welcoming. The food was really very good. all of the sauces are homemade, not from cans. The orange chicken is not reduced to orange flavored high fructose corn syrup. Just the right sweet w/a tiny spice kick. Really good salt and pepper wings. really good portion sizes. All around a very pleasant food experience. On top of everything, the prices are very reasonable, especially the lunch specials. Like I said, i’m not sure about the bad reviews. This will definitely be my go to for Chinese in Chula Vista. Last this is not a restaurant, just a nice mom and pop eatery in a strip mall. P. S. Just for the record. People who actually eat at Panda Express should not review Chinese food.

I wasn’t expecting much but was very surprised at how good the food was. The service was fast and friendly and I was given samples to try before ordering. The Orange Chicken was very good and my first time ordering Coconut Shrimp was outstanding, if maybe a little over-smothered in sauce.

I was really excited to get a fast food chinese place close to home. You should skip this one. Made me feel bad and quality was really bad. Panda Express is WAYBETTER.
