I came here in mid May 2015 and had a decent experience when I dropped T-​Mobile for Cricket. Stephany is very kind and helpful. I took a star because I told her I wanted to keep my old phone until 4k camcorders come out. I did not know that they had 2 phones there that do record 4k and she did not tell me this. Instead she talked me into some boring LG phone and now I have this phone that I have already paid for. The price is definitely a lot cheaper than T-​Mobile and now I also have free calling to Mexico and a larger data plan.

This Cricket is a very personable and fast-​paced location. The employees both have amazing customer service; they’re very patient and knowledgeable. Alvin is always understanding and seems to find a way to fix any issue. I wouldn’t go to any other location for my cell phone needs!
