Dr. Han is amazing! She is always extremely helpful and you get a feeling that she really cares about her patients. I won’t hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.

Came here for eczemma on my hands and really bad elbows peeling. Maybe im spoiled to expect less waiting time but the first time I got seen 20 mins after my scheduled appmnt. Desk staff could be friendlier, more inviting. Ive said it before i know I have really high customer service expectations but people need to be happier and be thankful they have a job, if its too early for you, get some starbucks. I was seen by Dr. Willoughby who is so nice, doesn’t rush you and lets you ask away! Very pleasant man, the nurse is also very nice. OverallI’m happy coming here, my copay is ridiculous but what are you gonna do.

PA amy ellsworth is a rock star when it comes to laser tattoo removal :) honestly, she makes a not so pleasant experience/​process as pleasant as possible. she numbs you up so you don’t even feel the laser. she’s fast, personable and extremely caring. she always asks if you’re doing OK during the treatment. i just had my third treatment last week and am already seeing great results. amy is optimistic about the removal, which is really comforting and makes me optimistic that one day i’ll have my skin back again. i can’t thank her enough for the time she takes to do the great job that she does. i always look forward to my appointments with her. thank you amy for your awesomeness!

I’ve made a few appointments here over the past few years whenever my acne started to become a real problem. Recently, it seems that the employees at the front desk either hate their job or just dont care anymore, because they are extremely rude and disrespectful to the people coming in. During my last appointment, they were noisily gossiping about various things and cared very little about my presence there. Not even a smile or a «welcome» attitude at all. Just shoved the paperwork in my hands and went about their business. When I called back, I got the exact same attitude from the woman on the phone. She seriously sounded like she either hates her job, or me, or both. The dermatologist I met with also seemed like he had better things to do. If you work in an atmosphere where you’re constantly dealing with different people coming in and interacting with them, TRY TO BE NICE. That’s all — it’s very simple. A smile and a positive attitude go a long way. These people don’t get it. The only positive experience I’ve had here was my appointment with Amy a few years ago. She was very amiable and caring. Maybe she should give the rest of the office lessons on how to make people feel comfortable, since that’s a very important quality in a dermatology center. I’m going to a different place from now on.

I just had my first tattoo removal session with Amy and it was amazing. Not only did she explain the process to me before doing anything and was concerned that I had no discomfort but because I got a groupon as a gift and it didn’t cover the size of my tattoo was she honored the groupon price for a larger area and only charged me the difference. If you need tattoo removal get on groupon ASAP before these sell out because the deal is great and the bedside manner is even better.

Just got off the phone… well, actually was hung up on! Really?! Nice customer service. I have always been treated decent but I am really considering not coming back to them.
