I had a great experience with GoGo. The initial request was answered quickly and the communication back and forth was quick. I ordered a few days before I needed a bounce house and I wasn’t sure they would be able to accommodate me. I was given 2 options and they provided information on both. Once the decision was made I was provided with details on next steps and then sent a confirmation email. The drop off and pickup was communicated in advance and I was texted before I even had a chance to wonder what would happen next. I find it hard to get customer service these days but found myself impressed with everything about this company. I will use them in the future.

I have been meaning to write this review. It’s definitely a must though because everyone needs to know how amazing they are. I had my sons birthday party and they provided me with the centerpieces, candy table, popcorn machine and cotton candy machine, frame so we can take pictures, oh and a ballon arc. Their service is absolutely perfect, they are so patient and understanding. I was stressing out, kept changing my mind, And I kept bugging them in what I exactly wanted. But they were so nice through the whole thing. To top it off their prices are unbeatable. A million thank you to you guys for everything, I’m definitely coming back to you when I throw another party. And I already tell everyone I know to hire you guys.

Go Go Bounce was awesome!!! They provided the jumpy, adult tables/​chairs, kids table/​chairs, canopies and a popcorn machine (which was a huge HIT!) I liked the fact that I went through them for everything! Working with Victoria was sooo simple and easy, if I wasn’t on a budget I would of gone through her for the balloons and cake as well (it would of saved me some time lol). They also set up and took down everything which definitely took the stress out in prepping the party site. I will definitely be using them again and I would recommend them to everyone. The experience with Go Go was so easy. Had rental for Mother’s Day weekend, Saturday but due to our time of party came to pick up next morning, which my girls loved. I everything was set up in a timely manner. Great service all around

Perfect!
I texted a few bounce house rental companies and this was the only one to respond within the hour. They were able to book a weekend bounce house with just a few days notice. I also rented tables and chairs as well.
They were clear about prices and times and communication was easy.
They arrived right on time.
As the set the bounce house up, I watched them clean it, which was comforting. I’ve never seen a company actually clean one of those things, and I am always a little weary about how many germs are in there. The equipment was in great condition and not all worn out like some other companies I’ve used.
They let us keep it the whole day and were flexible on pickup times. They arrived right on time and were out of there quickly!

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by go go bouncy house! They were available to deliver tables, chairs, and a canopy without any issues and very punctual. We are very much satisfied with their service and easeness of scheduling the bouncy house rental. They are also very flexible with our requests. The bouncy house was clean, good size for our backyard and had reasonable rental cost especially with the different packages they offer depending on your party needs. The kids had so much fun. We will definitely think of them on our next kid’s party.

On a Wednesday afternoon, I texted the number provided to see if there happened to be a bouncy available for that Saturday. By Wednesday evening, I received a text back that a bouncy was available. Since I never rented a bouncy, I didn’t know what I needed nor what to expect and Victoria helped me understand the drop off/​set up/​pick up process.
Best part: the bouncy itself was clean and in great condition!
Overall, the process was simple, quick, and painless! I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them again for all my bouncy house needs. Also, the price was incredible!

I wasn’t too sure I wanted to use Go Go after reading some of their older reviews, especially since it was my sons first birthday and I needed everything to be perfect. I personally know how Unilocal can crush business’s that are just starting out, so I decided to call for info anyways. I’m so glad I did, because I told them my concerns and they were very forth coming about how they had a rough start but they had ironed out all the kinks, and they really have! I’m so happy I went with Go Go! They were competitive in pricing, efficient, timely, informative, super nice (even after I had badgered them with questions/​concerns) and their equipment was clean and in perfect condition.
I’m truly grateful that I used my gut instinct and went with this company, I would recommend them to anyone. I’ll be using them again in the future.

I been looking for a bouncy house for a while and I ended up going with Go Go Bouncy House Rentals and I’m glad I did. They weren’t just prompted but the prices were excellent. I ended up getting the whole package from them, the bouncy house tables, chairs and the candy display. The attention and importance they put on my nephews event was awesome! The big plus was that their bouncy house was clean and almost looked new. I used other companies before and there’s looked so dirty I didn’t even won’t the kids in it. They gained my business for all my events.

I don’t know what all these reviews are about but my experience with Go Go Bouncy House Rentals was amazing!
First of all it was my sons 6th birthday and he had been noticing these bouncy tents for a while (from friends birthdays). So, my little man was so excited when he saw Go Go show up.
These guys were on time, priced very competitively (I did my research) and what I really liked about them was the fact that they were very conscious of my little guys birthday and made sure his experience was top notch.
All in all, I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to fulfill their kids desires on their special day!!!
