The shop has closed but I did get great service when I called the new number. I picked up parts and later I had my lawnmower serviced while I waited. All done from his house.

Very poor customer service. I had previously had my lawnmower repaired at their main street location 1.5 years ago. I had my son drop off my lawnmower for repair 1 week ago.
I spoke with Javier and he stated my lawnmower would be ready by Tuesday. I have been texting and calling to leave messages but have recieved no response. At this point I am wondering if I will get my lawnmower back.

VERY DISAPPOINTED… tried to sell me a used part as new. Unbelieveable! So glad to see they have been moved out of the bldg. Cannot trust them to do an honest job.

I have been to Javier’s in the past but this time when I need service for my good
Toro mower, I drive down to discover that they are gone and the phone has been disconnected. I would have wanted to know that before going to see the guys – oh well…

So I got my echo weed trimmer fixed here I thought it a bit pricey @93 bucks considering the cost of the trimmer I would have give a 5 if it wasnt for the price. But I have to say my trimmer works likes its brand new. They were nice friendly and super fast getting the repair done. Thank you!
