Bad business horrible people bunch rip-off and a liar.

Horrible owner. Rude and is a liar. He won’t hesitate to curse you out in Spanish. Go up the street to any other audio store. Pass on this place. It’s no wonder I didn’t see any other customers in his shop for over an hour.

These guys are cons!!! Stay away from this business.
They’re supposed to be JL Audio dealer authorized. I paid them to send out my amp for repair to JL. After waiting for over a month I called JL myself.
YOU GUESSED IT. NEVER HAPPENED!
These guys opened my amp and attempted to repair it themselves. Not the service I paid for!!!
Save your money and headaches. STAY AWAY!!!

W A R N I N G — I had them install speakers and a amp in my car. They didn’t do it right, which blew out my speakers. When asked about this they wouldn’t even look at my car without charging a $ 30.00 fee. Do yourself a favor, don’t do business with these people.

Quick and Easy
Working in the department of EMS and fire and safety, I have developed a skill to promote excellent customer service and care; so I definitely know how to identify it as well. JC power has an excellent understanding of that fact. The service was fast easy and painless. Not to say if something had went wrong with the pioneer installation to my wife’s 2004 Tahoe, i am very confident that the situation would be resolved without prejudice. Lets be honest customer service is truly measured when maledictions arise.

I came to this place to upgrade my radio. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Art, and helped me out right away. Gave me the best options available for my srt-​4, then got it started right away. I was able to walk in and out for no more than 45 mins. Overall I am very satisfied with their work, stereo works perfect and he gave me a $ 40 dicount. Need I say more? I definitely recommend this place for all your sound system and/​or alarm upgrades.

This shop botched adding tailgate unlock to my alarm. They took my $ 150, then after installation, my key no longer worked in the tailgate (and there were numerous unnecessary holes drilled in my tailgate).
I was told to bring it back another day and they would fix it… just make sure I gave them a good review on Unilocal.
I made an appointment and brought it in at 10AM. The workers seem like nice enough guys, and wanted to make it right, but the manager is a trainwreck. When I picked it up at 5PM, the manager (Moses) told me that it couldn’t be done. When I asked about further resolution, (restoring original functionality) the manager refused. I asked to speak with the shop owner, and the manager stated there was no ‘owner’, and that the shop was incorportated. The manager then, in effect, threatened me and kicked me off of the property.
I wrote JC Power about the incident 1 week ago, and they did not reply.
In summary, this shop will take your money, break your stuff, and threaten you. Their management will not reply. I have opened a BBB case.
