Kelly Paper Store

Although, it’s not good to use the word, never; I have to say I am never disappointed with Kelly Paper Store’s service (I have shopped at the one on Cudahay and Convoy), however Chula Vista (Bay Blvd) is my home store mainly for cardstock of all sizes and envelopes. The staff in these three locations are very friendly and greet you upon entry even while they are busy.
At the CV-​Bay Blvd location. Rene has helped me at least twice and although, a couple months a part from each other, I was surprised that he remembered me. A plus!
The other gentlemen has also helped me with carrying my product to my car. Another plus!
In addition, I love that Kelly Paper Store is somewhat local (City of Industry, CA) from San Diego, CA and for the paper that I usually need can be ordered one day and shipped the next day to the store for free by 7:30 AM, regardless of what time I order it. Yet, another plus!
I will likely be ordering the bigger and heavier cardstock from Kelly’s Paper Store from here on out (22 ½ «x 35 «)…a lot cheaper than Blick Art Store for the type of projects that this paper is needed for. Now I just need to find out if I could call in the order. ‘Til that time comes. I’ll let you know… for now I’m all stocked up. :)
UPDATE: can order over the phone and pay & pick-​up next day. LOVE Kelly Paper!!!

Love this place!!! They always have the paper I need and the prices are great. Good customers service. They know their paper. Even when they are swamped I get great service

Always get good customer service from whichever employee is working at the time. Affordable & good selection. Haven’t visited the other Kelly locations to compare selection, but I’m sure it’s about the same.
