Lee Meyer – State Farm Insurance Agent

Maria Marcq has been my agent for Truck, Motorcycle, and Renters insurance for the past two years. About 18 months ago, I had some horrible luck and got 2 motorcycles stolen within an 8 month period. Maria Marcq was extremely prompt, informative, and professional with me; and the claims process was very easy.
I am currently in the process of planning another motorcycle purchase; and was contemplating insuring through statefarm, or different insurance carrier. As I found myself entering quote information, I remembered how painless Maria and the Lee Meyer staff made the entire process for me last year, and have decided that because of Maria, statefarm is the only insurer I will consider. I highly recommend her for any of your insurance needs!

Today I received a call from Lee’s office. They wanted to update me on a small change in my policy. The rep I spoke with was very friendly and did a great job of explaining my options.
I’ve heard from others that they have Xyz insurance and it’s so inexpensive. Well, I’ve shopped around and I can tell you that the customer service with Lee is exceptional and the cost is in line with other reputable companies.
We’ve been with him almost 25 years and we are extremely happy!

Thankyou for the invitation too talk with you again reguarding this matter! However, I’ve talked with you before and I got the Runaround! I understand that my insurance was cancelled!-But his wasn’t! And I paid the insurance monthly! You guys was great helpful even calling me about everything from my claim number too how was feeling after the accident. However after my attorney submitted a claim for my injuries everything changed! No one could tell me anthing or tell me anything for the information was confidential and my Boyfriend was the only one you can talk too?! My car was totalled, I was injured, I added him too my insurance policy-​then its been 2yrs then i heard your representative say His car had too be totalled or disabled in order for him too be driving my Car (we were going on vacation) which you were tpld from the beginning! And Now if I received anything I would have too bring my Boyfriend! What? It’s Something-​You loose your vechicle, Pay your insurance and get hurt and you become the victims!!!#

Purchase my firs state-​farm insurance i think back in 2006 – 2007.
I had 3 other insurance company prior to this. and I tell you what!.. THIS Lee. Meyer is far the best customer service i ever had with any other insurance company.
I have all my toys and trucks/​cars insured by them.
Not to mention the best rate around. i mean i try to shop around just for the hell off it. I can’t find any other rate that will match this Lee Meyer Agent. Weird thing is. I also attempted to get a quote with another State Farm Agent «telling them I’m new» and even them can’t match this Lee Meyer Agents.
Rachel, has been my agent for a long time. after so many claim. i was nervous i was going to be BAN from state-​farm. but hey. i can’t stop theft from liking my toys. even lowjack din’t stop the theft from stealing my properties. BUT GUEST WHAT. State-​Farm did what they did. and never ban me from having a policy with them. with that loyalty to their customer. I’m going to purchase a home soon and they will get my business on that one too. and my New Boat i just purchase.
Just saying. Lee Meyer «Rachel» has one of the best customer service. and they deserve your business.

The staff is very kind and very knowledgeable. They helped me figure out what was best for me and my family’s needs. The prices may be a little higher but with all the discounts and personalization and coverage I can count on it’s worth it.

Lee Meyer insurance has been a HUGE help with my insurance needs. I had so many questions and their staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was confused about a new insurance plan and premium and after speaking to Shelli, one of the staff members at Lee Meyer State farm Insurance, I felt comfortable, happy, and stress free about my new plan. If she cried then she deserved it for her inability to take care of the problem she KNEW about! You knew I was coming and knew I was mad. Call «scary» what you want, your office is the problem.

I’ve been a policy holder for many years, ever since I moved here. I switched from Progressive to State Farm because I got better coverage for less than what I was paying before. I have many policies with this State Farm agent and have had no issues. The on-​line access to your information is great. I can see all the information I need about my policies and make payments. It is very convenient because I don’t have to write checks and wait days for them to clear. I have always found the people in the office to be courteous, friendly, and very helpful. When shopping for life insurance I was pleased that they took the time to find what was best for my needs and budget, not just sell me the most expensive option. They really took the time to understand my needs and get me the best possible price.
