History

Established in 2008.

Mariachi Imperial de San Diego has won the preference of many people due to its unique mix of men and women in the group. Mariachi Imperial has participated in many important events in San Diego such as the «Chicano Park Day,» the «Old town 5 de Mayo Celebration,» «Health Fair» for the Mexican Consulate in San Diego among others.

Mariachi Imperial de San Diego has participated on mariachi conferences and competitions such as the «Tucson International Mariachi Conference,» The «Battle of the Mariachis» in San Juan Capistrano (3^rd place winners, 2010), «National city Mariachi Festival and Competition» (1^st place winners, 2013).

Violinist and mariachi leader, his main goal is to take Mariachi Imperial de San Diego to be known as one of the best mariachis in San Diego county.

His dedication, discipline, and professionalism has maintained a group of talented musicians to work together for over 8 years.
