Patricia is a rare find. She’s a high-​end personal trainer who also has a very good understanding of nutrition and physiology. If you enjoy a thoughtful approach to your health and want to get a nice body, Patricia is the best choice for you. And her workouts are INTENSE and effective! I never thought I’d get that much out of a short workout, but I literally did more in Patricia’s short, high-​intensity workouts than in an hour on my own! The Ultime Challenge to lose weight that MG Fitness studio are offering, is so efficient and you will enjoy to do it everyday! Personal training isn’t cheap, but it’s a lot cheaper than doctors visits, prescription drugs, missed time from work, surgeries, early retirement, and other effects of not taking care of one’s body. A personal Trainer for $ 250/​month with diet plan and a daily training, it is just fantastic! Patricia (Paty) is simply the best.

Chantel or whatever name of girl who answers phone should not pick up the phone. I cannot get clear information then she hangs up when she did not know the answer. I called twice. She says they are new? Even more they should have their act together. Show all class schedules online so we don’t waste time talking to receptionist who knows nothing.

MG Fitness is the real deal! My husband and I have trained with Patty for about 7 months (even before MG opened), and she is AMAZING. I’d follow her anywhere — she is so knowledgeable about fitness, and really tailors her client’s workouts to fit what they need. She has such a bubbly, warm personality, that it makes the workouts go by quickly. The gym itself is great. Very tidy and well organized with equipment. I like that they aren’t overloaded with equipment — they have an arsenal of equipment that can be used for versatile purposes. We’ve also worked with the spin instructor, as well as the nutritionist, and they’re both great as well. I love that the entire staff is so friendly, they really go out of their way to make people feel welcome, and like you’re part of a family. Lastly — the pricing is SO affordable. You really can’t beat it! If you’re looking to get in shape (or maintain), look no further, MG Fitness is the best there is.

Just completed my first Spivi class with Raquel! Wow is my first reaction!
The gym is set up so great. You walk in and go straight to your bike. No time for slackin! I really enjoyed how you could watch yourself on screen with your whole group. The coach puts a range up on the screen so you know where you should be in the group… aka work harder! The accountability with this system is the best part. I’m used to spinning classes where the teacher tells you where you should be resistance wise and you may or may not listen. Raquel was right there checking to make sure we were all where we should be, pumping us up when we were slowing down and keeping the music jammin!
I will absolutely choose this over regular spin classes. They offer so many other classes here too like Yoga, Zumba, personal training with TRX bands and more.
Very impressed and well worth the drive! This place is going to blow up with popularity because I don’t know anyone else with this system in San Diego.

Virtual workout!!! Totally different cycling class… Was more like a video game than a workout… Made the time go by really fast!!! I log in before class and keep all my info per workout on record online!!! Patricia was also an amazing trainer!!! All the instructors took their time explaining the equipment and the reasons for the different excersise… Guess that’s the benefit of going to a smaller more personalized gym!!! Can’t wait to see the results this summer!!!
